As usual, Embrace & the staff are the BEST!
Our dog 11 yrd old dog Homer had a lump removed from his upper lip 6 days ago. I just received the Explanation of Benefits and they are depositing the refund directly into our checking account (previously arranged).
The only thing Embrace can't do is speed up the pathology report. The vet thinks it was just a benign cyst, but there is always the possibility of something worse. However, Embrace sends Homer good thoughts:)
We have had all 3 of our mixed breed dogs insured with Embrace since June 2007. It certainly is comforting to know we have major medical coverage for illnesses and injuries. We chose our own deductible and what we wanted covered - this way pet owners can fit their own plan to their budget.

ASPCA Pet Insurance is GREAT
I have been so happy with what I have recieved from ASPCA. The customer service is great and I have been so grateful to have my pets insured. The claim process is so easy and I get back money so fast. ASPCA is great!

Not perfect, but I'm glad we have it...
On January 2nd, our 14 year old rescue dog, Chloe, woke up at 6:30 am unable to stand or walk. We rushed her to the Animal Emergency Clinic near us where they couldn’t find any explanation of the tremendous pain she was in. She couldn’t do her doggie shake without falling down. To say we were terrified doesn’t begin to explain it. Our bill for the day was over $1,300.00!! Thank goodness we had our ASPCA pet insurance which covered over half of our bill. My only frustration with our coverage is that it does not include anything alternative. After spending $1,300 and a frightening day with no clue as to what was wrong, I took Chloe to an animal chiropractor where 3 visits later at $76/visit, she was fine. Somehow she had put her lower back out!
I strongly encourage ASPCA to include alternative treatments such as chiropractic and acupuncture in their coverage.

Embrace is TOP NOTCH!!
I had never had pet insurance before Embrace. I took a long time looking at all the different pet insurance companies. None of the other companies compare to Embrace. The customer service is top notch. Any time that I have called the customer service has been so helpful and extremely nice. I also have to say that the claims department always keeps in touch and lets you know where you claim is at. Also with the reimbursement has been so fast. I truly appreciate how they send you a detailed decision on what is covered and what is not covered. Embrace is the best!

Not Thrilled
I've jumped through every hoop I've been asked to do. I can't imagine what I would have to do to get a claim paid.I sent a Canine Orthopedic Report Card and was told I didn't.So the Muscle Sprain Right Front Leg - with Claim Amount $64.1 will not be paid,it would have been taken off the $500 deductable.I thought I did my homework before I bought pet Insurance, I have to admit I did a bad job.

Our greyhound recently had surgery and coverage was just as stated. Reimbursement was rapid and just as stated in the policy we customized & chose.

Fast & Accurate Service
Insurance with Embrace has been my first experience with Small Animal Insurance. After researching every company available to me we chose Embrace for our Cane Corso puppy. Our puppy fractured her leg and our claim was handled in the most professional manner. We quickly recieved payment and they still follow-up to make sure we don't need anything else. This has been a great experience overall.

super customer service
Every time I need information the issues are addressed very fast and completely - claims are processed in a timely manner and checks mailed immediately. I told my Vet that he needs to advertise Embrace - we are super happy to have made the decision to buy their policy!

Very good service
I recently submitted a Wellness Claim for my dog, Alex, and was very quickly reinbursed. I love the fact that they notify you by email when paperwork is received and my phone calls were answered very quickly. Great customer service !

completely satisfied
Signed up with Embrace for my black lab Ike, and included the wellness option. I took Ike in to be micro-chipped and had a wellness exam at the same time. Embrace processed the claim and had a check to me in less than a week, keeping me informed of the claim's progress almost daily. So far I am very happy with the Embrace experience and the follow up I've received.
