Superior Pet Insurance
From the first interaction with Embrace, the firm has been responsive, helpful and kind. I have had several claims (wellness and illness) and general inquiries and each employee I have spoken with has been knowlegeable and caring. I wish my health insurance company were more like Embrace. The company really sets the standard!

they try to find loop holes to deny your claim
watch out for these people. they are still insurance people. they will try to find any loop holes to deny your claim!
i took my dog in for a emergency visit cause of pain somewhere. obviously my dog was experiencing pain somewhere so i took him in. i filled out all the paperwork as their website posted only to find out that they had denied it. apparently i didn't check the box that was associated with "previous condition or not". it was a ER visit! ofcourse it wasn't previous! it was the first time my dog had behaved that way! if they had read the medical report that was also submitted with the claim, then it would have been perfectly clear! but i guess they have a bunch of dumb auditors....
good luck if you have Pets Best! this is my personal story and just wanted other people to know!

Responsive and caring!
These guys are caring, empathetic, responsive and very customer oriented! I was just sharing with my vet's office today how grateful we are that we have Embrace as our pet insurer. They respond to claims quickly, gave me a pre-certification approval within 3 days of receiving it, and their policy coverage is easy to read and understand. I can't imagine being a pet parent without Embrace. Carrie Harviel in particular, has been an exceptional representative of Embrace Insurance!

I wish they did human insurance too!
My first puppy was born last year, and he was the joy of my life. I made many arrangements for his coming home, including taking about a good week (~4 hrs a day) to find the best pet insurance I could. Embrace was simply the best of the best, in terms of insurance companies, period. There call center always answered my questions promptly, and didn't mind my million and one "what-if scenarios" questions. They were clear what was covered, what wasn't, and what additional add-ons (like the wellness package I got) would do and what they wouldn't. I think I talked to the company a total of 20 hours before I actually got the puppy signed up (they were very friendly, and I'm very picky, and they were very professional). Once sign up, I couldn't have been happier with the claims process. There explanation of benefits is SOOOOO much better than my own insurance company- it actually explains how/where the money goes! The checks were mailed quickly...I hear they now offer direct deposit too. Having gone through several human health insurance companies, I really wish they would have services for humans too! But its ok they want to stick to the cuddly animals-they deserve the best, and they got it with Embrace. I don't have any complaints (maybe the waiting period is long-but definitely not longer than their competitors)...this is possibly the best case of corporate insurance responsibility and reliability I have ever seen.

Peace Of Mind
I have been with Petshealth for 10 years now and they have always been there for me when my dogs were ill. They have always processed my claims in a timely manner and treat me with kindness whenever I call with a question. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pet insurance and I do recommend that anyone that has a pet should have health insurance for them.

First Embrace Claim Went Smoothly
I have just filed my first Embrace claim and felt the process went smoothly. There were some delays due to the need to obtain prior care information from several sources but not due to Embrace's lack of response. The Embrace customer service team was outstanding, always responding promptly and keeping me informed.

Awesome Company!
After knowing people who had major medical expenses for their pets, I researched pet insurance companies at the same time I was researching breeders. Fortunatley, I found this website and Embrace Pet Insurance. I have had my labrador retreiver insured with Embrace since I brought her home from the breeder.
Unfortunately, my lab hurt her knee and needed surgery and rehab. Fortunately, I have Embrace Pet Insurance. Every time I have had any contact with Embrace, it has been extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and caring. I receive an email when my claims have been received and when it has been processed. All claims have been promptly addressed and when I have called them, the reps are wonderful.
I tell everyone about how happy I am that I chose Embrace to insure my lab and I highly recommend them to everyone who asks about pet insurance - which is pretty much everyone when they find out what happened to my dog because it could happen to anyone's dog.

Only the best for my boys.
Most pet insurance companies have set reimbursements for certain things...but Pets Best does not, which means my boys will always be able to get the best of the best. My dog, Cooper, ate a palm nut right after we moved from Colorado to Fort Myers Florida and got extremely ill. Luckily I had Pets Best insurance for him and they reimbursed most of the expenses for his several day hospital stay and er visit which included specialists care. Sadly enough I think my boys insurance with pets best is better than my health insurance.

Awesome
I was so fortunate to have bought the insurance for my Honey, her surgery and chemo was covered till it was over, I would have been "lost" without it. What a blessing.

Don't buy ASPCA!!! RUN NOW!
ASPCA PET INSURANCE!!RUN! RUN! RUN! DON’T TRUST THEM!!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU ONE HECK OF A SALES PITCH, THEN SAY THEY CAN FIND THE RECORDED CONVERSATION!! DON’T TRUST THEM..NOT WITH YOUR BABY!!!! RUN, DON’T BUY, GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY!! THE OTHER COMPANIES ARE ALL BETTER THAN THIS ONE…PET-SMARTING IS HOW YOUR CHARGE WILL APPEAR…TREMINDS ME OF LYING TELEMARKETERS!!!They do not disclose facts for coverage. They charged my account on the 6th of February but decided to change coverage to 2/15/2010 so that they would not have to pay. They also denied a claim on 3/18 for the reason of falling within 30 days (not even disclosing)and after I pointed out it was longer than 30 days they changed to pre-existing. When I inially called no preesisting issues were discussed. They claim they cover meds but don’t expect the vet bill to write the prescriptions to be covered..even if it is a vet approval/prescibed needed medication. They claim it was preexisting but he didnt pre exist, he was a puppy!! I called 8 times and email 5 times and until I decided to deny charges, I never received a call. How can alleries be a pre-existing issue on a brand new puppy? If they cover Revalution, a prescribed med for fleas, heatworms, etc..than why wouldn’t they cover his 1st visit to the doctors as an annual exam. They say they cover meds, but don’t expect it…,.,$500.00 later and The best plan they offer at almost $80.00 a month and absolutly nothing execpt a little towards the $100.00 deductible was covered.
