Prompt and Wonderful
We have only been insured since Dec. 2009. Our Yorkie has had two incidents - that required hospitalization. One jumping and hitting head severally and one eating part of a Sago Palm. Saving her was costly (but well worth it) - also Trupanion has covered both as in the contract and done so promptly without one bit of hassle. I am telling everyone about this company!!

Love this company and their employees
Can't say enough good things about Embrace Pet Insurance. About 7 yrs ago our rottweiler developed cancer and we paid every bill out of pocket. I knew once we lost him the next dog we got would have insurance. I can assure you I did my homework and much to my surprise found alot of differnt types and different coverages then I found Embrace. I contacted the company and asked dozens of questions. Chris was and still is my contact person and she answered every question and explained everything to me. We bought our 1st Bullmastiff and the first year he was perfect. The 2nd year he tore out a knee and the 3rd year he tore out the other knee. Embrace has been absolutely great. With the policys we have chosen we recovered a great deal of our out of pocket money. If you are searching for pet insurance, do your homework but I do not think you will find another company better than this one.

First time I bought Pet Insurance
I never bought a pet insurance policy before, but I did some research before I selected Embrace. To me it seemed just what I was looking for in a pet insurance policy. The reimbursementtime seems reasonable, and customer service was quite friendly and helpful when I had a question regarding submitting claims. I am certainly glad I had insurance when my puppy unexpectedly got sick and needed surgery. I would recommend Embrace and I actual have mentioned it already to a few friends.

SUPERB!!!! Would not be without Embrace.
My 11 month Airedale pup has had several stomach issues lately. Some of these have been quite costly. Thanks to Embrace, the claims have been handled quickly and fairly. The Customer Service can't be beat. We are grateful.

Worth the price!
We have a very active dog that seems to get into injury trouble among other things. After $1500 of vet bills in one year, we opted for getting insurance. I researched a bunch and Embrace came out way ahead. I liked the fact that you can customize your policy to meet you needs. We opted for the 90% coverage (10% co-pay) and paid yearly so we got a separate discount. What makes this somewhat unique compared to others I’ve researched is the fact that they pay based on the actual bill, not customary charges. If you’ve ever had to battle with dental insurance (for humans), you’ll understand that that type of insurance pays customary charges which seem to be fees based off the 1980’s. No one charges that today and you get stuck paying the overage. Embrace will pay the bill at whatever level you’ve signed up for. I’ve been hesitant to write a review until I actually needed to use their service but have now met my deductible within 6 months and now I am receiving my first “refund” due to vet bills exceeding my deductible. Their service is quick on claim processing, I have not yet received my first reimbursement check but I’m told it was mailed today….One thing to note though is to make sure you review your paperwork properly from the vet before filing. Also, review what is “covered” from Embrace with each charge. I noticed an error on the Embraces part, called it to their attention and they quickly fixed it. Also, at first, I had to “debate” pre-existing conditions by requesting additional vet paper work and clarification in order for Embrace to fully understand the health history of our dog. They were more than willing to hear me out and adjusted accordingly. So far the service has been great and I’m recommending them. I did not rank 10 out of 10 yet for I really don’t know how long it will take for my check to arrive- I don’t want direct deposit.
One more note, it’s important to do the math when considering what type of plan you want. Wellness was not a viable option for us to consider for the overall benefit but may be for you if you spread out your payments. So look at the different options carefully.

Embrace is a MUST DO!
I have had Embrace pet insurance for about 2 years now, and just upgraded this year to include the wellness plan. I wish every company would operate with the same customer service philosophy as I've been consistently impressed with every encounter I have had with anyone at this company. Filing claims is so easy as you received personalized claim forms, and I just set up direct deposit so the process is near effortless. I can't recommend Embrace enough!

Pet Insurance is a Must!
I have had pet insurance for my dogs for over 15 years, and I am very pleased to have Petshealth Care Plan Insurance for my dogs. I tried another company for a short time, and was disappointed. Petshealth Care Plan is an insurance company that is easy to work with, has knowledgeable and friendly staff, and is a pleasure to do business with.

10/10 Totally satisfied
I have had to submit two claims in the last several months for my dog. Both were handled promptly and to my complete satisfaction. This company cares about its customers. I recommend them highly to anyone who has a pet.

Don't be without pet insurance
After a devastating experience with one of my cats years ago, I swore I would never be without pet insurance again. My beloved rescued FIV cat was diagnosed with liver disease, and his only chance was intensive care, which we simply could not afford. The vet did what they could, but having tried some natural remedies, our only recourse was to have him put to sleep. I did not feel he had been given an adequate chance of fighting, and he was a tough cat.
I made sure that subsequent rescues had insurance, and I have no regrets. When another of our cats developed IBD/intestinal cancer we were able to ensure that he was comfortable and that we had offered him every possible treatment available, short of chemotherapy. Knowing that he was living the last 6 months of his life to the fullest was very important to us, and those months turned out to be the some of the most precious. I was able to care for him without stressing over the cost - which was only a fraction of the total bill.
I advise all my friends with pets to have pet insurance, and I treat it with the same urgency as I do our own health insurance. We are all subject to sickness and the unexpected, and we cannot all afford such high bills, so if pet insurance is available to us, we should utilize it.
