Honoring their word
This is our first experience with pet insurance. It has been reliable and certainly worth the cost. I've been very pleased so far and as a healthcare provider who deals with disturbing health insurance behavior, this is a shining star.

Great Customer Service, Speedy Claim Process
I decided to purchase Pet's Best pet insurance when I got my goldendoodle puppy about two and a half years ago. It has paid off several times over! I love Pet's Best because my monthly payment is extremely low and since I have been a customer, I have experienced nothing but the best service. The website very easy to use and filing a claim could not be more simple. In the two and a half years that I have insured my puppy with Pet's Best, I have filed three claims. For each claim, I received payment within 7 days of when the claim was filed.
I would recommend calling Pet's Best customer service and talking to them about their options. I did this after researching pet insurance thoroughly and it was the customer service that won me over. I am very thankful I chose Pet's Best!

ASPCA Pet Health Ins. is a lifesaver - literally!
My five-year-old cat, Ace, is my problem child. He loves to get into things that he is not supposed to. He especially loves to chew on anything rubbery or of a foam-like consistency. When he chews on these things (flip-flops, padding on my weight bench, etc), he often swallows chunks that are too big to pass through his intestines. The only way to save him is to open up his intestines and retrieve the object causing that obstruction. My friends and family think I am crazy for paying for these expensive surgeries, but knowing that he is covered by ASPCA Pet Health Insurance puts me at ease.
The expense of vet bills is often the most stressful part of maintaining your pet’s health. When something major happens and Ace and I end up in the vet’s office, I know that ASPCA Pet Health Insurance will be there to help us. I was a skeptic at first- I didn’t believe that ASPCA Pet Health Insurance would come through for me in situations like this when the vet bills are in the thousands of dollars. But now I am a believer. Investing in health insurance for my pets is one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I am so thankful that I did!

Saved!
I can only imagine the pain I'd be going through now if it weren't for Pets Best. I researched all available companies and found their customer service to be the best. Thank God I did. My 3 year old Pittbull was diagnosed with cancer at the beginning of 2010, I purchased his insurance policy when I adopted him as a youngster. This has saved me the frustration of deciding whether to treat or not. It has saved me money, and it has saved my well being. Insurance is absolutley the right thing to purchase for your beloved pet. I have both of my guys insured and love the peace of mind it gives me. Thank you Pets Best. You are the Best.

PetsBest is the MVP (most valuable pet) coverage!
My loving cat Mikey had to be euthanized in 2007 at the age of 8, and it broke my heart that we couldn't do more for him. Our vet bills totaled over $5000 and I am still paying it off 3 years later. I vowed that if we ever decided to adopt more adorable furballs, that we'd look at pet insurance. So when we adopted 2 brothers at 16 weeks old (named Merry and Pippin, you Lord of the Rings fans will know where those names came from!) I researched many insurance programs. I knew I wanted one that paid based on the actual vet charges and not on some outdated and low-cost schedule. The company would also have to be technologically advanced, because to me that means they are putting time and profits into bettering their services. I was also impressed that Pets Best was underwritten by Aetna. So we purchased Policies for our 2 orange tabby brothers. It has been a godsend. Pippin at age 3 had a suspicious lump on his belly that had to be removed and sent for pathology. This happened about 6 weeks ago. We recouped enough from that one procedure to pay 3 months of the insurance cost! The lump was a mast cell tumor and was almost certainly benign based on the lab results. But 3 weeks later another lump showed up and we had that one removed. I was so glad to learn that we did not have to pay our deductible again! Now just last week we have found more bumps on his back. I am taking him to the vet Wednesday and praying it's not the same thing, and that it's not malignant. I am very scared

Claims and Customer Servcice
I've had Embrace Pet Insurance for about 10 months on our puppy golden retriever Macy. Well Macy found one our plastic disposal razor and ate the top of the razor. X-Rays and overnight visit at the vets office and Macy was fine, no surgery. Made a claim and it was very easy, staff was most helpful and even after i meet the deductible i got still got about 25 dollars back. I was most impressed when I got an email from Embrace asking if things were ok and did i receive my check. Why can's America's health care work like Embrace Pet Insurance does. Great job and I am a very impressed customer.

Pets Best - helps keep our pets healthy
This is the 2nd pet insurer we have used - the first one had some restrictive procedure reimbursement limits and they wound up reducing the benefit on every claim I submitted. After we found out they would consider a disease that popped up during the policy year as a "preexisting condition" for the next policy year, I dropped them. I've been with Pet's Best about 20 months - they are reasonable and have honored every claim I've submitted. I got insurance because I didn't want to have to make a decision surrenering our pets health or lives because we couldn't afford the tests / treatments necessary. Vet bills have become unbelievably expensive (diagnostic procedures and care is better though too). Without insurance, we just wouldn't be able to afford it. Every time I call I get attentive and polite people - very easy to submit claims (all on line now if you want) - I even got reimbursed before my credit card payment came due! Pet insurance isn't "cheap" but it's been worth it for us with our 3 dog family.
