Peace Of Mind
I have been with Petshealth for 10 years now and they have always been there for me when my dogs were ill. They have always processed my claims in a timely manner and treat me with kindness whenever I call with a question. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pet insurance and I do recommend that anyone that has a pet should have health insurance for them.

First Embrace Claim Went Smoothly
I have just filed my first Embrace claim and felt the process went smoothly. There were some delays due to the need to obtain prior care information from several sources but not due to Embrace's lack of response. The Embrace customer service team was outstanding, always responding promptly and keeping me informed.

Awesome Company!
After knowing people who had major medical expenses for their pets, I researched pet insurance companies at the same time I was researching breeders. Fortunatley, I found this website and Embrace Pet Insurance. I have had my labrador retreiver insured with Embrace since I brought her home from the breeder.
Unfortunately, my lab hurt her knee and needed surgery and rehab. Fortunately, I have Embrace Pet Insurance. Every time I have had any contact with Embrace, it has been extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and caring. I receive an email when my claims have been received and when it has been processed. All claims have been promptly addressed and when I have called them, the reps are wonderful.
I tell everyone about how happy I am that I chose Embrace to insure my lab and I highly recommend them to everyone who asks about pet insurance - which is pretty much everyone when they find out what happened to my dog because it could happen to anyone's dog.

Only the best for my boys.
Most pet insurance companies have set reimbursements for certain things...but Pets Best does not, which means my boys will always be able to get the best of the best. My dog, Cooper, ate a palm nut right after we moved from Colorado to Fort Myers Florida and got extremely ill. Luckily I had Pets Best insurance for him and they reimbursed most of the expenses for his several day hospital stay and er visit which included specialists care. Sadly enough I think my boys insurance with pets best is better than my health insurance.

Awesome
I was so fortunate to have bought the insurance for my Honey, her surgery and chemo was covered till it was over, I would have been "lost" without it. What a blessing.

Don't buy ASPCA!!! RUN NOW!
ASPCA PET INSURANCE!!RUN! RUN! RUN! DON’T TRUST THEM!!!! THEY WILL GIVE YOU ONE HECK OF A SALES PITCH, THEN SAY THEY CAN FIND THE RECORDED CONVERSATION!! DON’T TRUST THEM..NOT WITH YOUR BABY!!!! RUN, DON’T BUY, GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY!! THE OTHER COMPANIES ARE ALL BETTER THAN THIS ONE…PET-SMARTING IS HOW YOUR CHARGE WILL APPEAR…TREMINDS ME OF LYING TELEMARKETERS!!!They do not disclose facts for coverage. They charged my account on the 6th of February but decided to change coverage to 2/15/2010 so that they would not have to pay. They also denied a claim on 3/18 for the reason of falling within 30 days (not even disclosing)and after I pointed out it was longer than 30 days they changed to pre-existing. When I inially called no preesisting issues were discussed. They claim they cover meds but don’t expect the vet bill to write the prescriptions to be covered..even if it is a vet approval/prescibed needed medication. They claim it was preexisting but he didnt pre exist, he was a puppy!! I called 8 times and email 5 times and until I decided to deny charges, I never received a call. How can alleries be a pre-existing issue on a brand new puppy? If they cover Revalution, a prescribed med for fleas, heatworms, etc..than why wouldn’t they cover his 1st visit to the doctors as an annual exam. They say they cover meds, but don’t expect it…,.,$500.00 later and The best plan they offer at almost $80.00 a month and absolutly nothing execpt a little towards the $100.00 deductible was covered.

Claims Paid - No Questions Asked!
After my puppy ate two rocks we determined that pet health insurance might be a good idea and believe me, it was! We have had to file claims for two additional "events", and one claim was more than what we spent to have the rocks removed - with three different providers. Pets Best took care of everything and paid just like they said they would!

Excellent .
This was my first claim on my first policy with Embrace.Customer service was excellent--I faxed in my claim form and promptly received an email confirmation. The claim was processed quickly and reimbursement was completely fair. The policy is readable and reimbursement is based on regional costs. I have just renewed my policy for another year.

Company has ridiculous pre-existing clauses.
This company does not cover ear infections for a cocker spaniel if the cocker spaniel has had an ear infection in the past year. So unless you get the inusrance with the puppy, you aren't covered. I bought my dog at 6 months. It is totally unreasonable, as they know that all cocker spaniels are prone to ear infections and will have them more than once a year. I bought the $65 covereage so I would not have to think about anything and ended up paying for every vet visit. If this is how they operate, then it is NOT a good company.

So glad we decided to try it!
I was always skeptical of pet insurance, however my husband and I have what you would call bad luck so with our new dog we decided to try it. After thoroughly reviewing all pet insurance companies, policies, premiums, we decided to try Pets Best. We haven't looked back. They have done everything they say to do, and we have been very happy. I keep a very detailed spreadsheet of our vet expenses and what Pets Best reimburses us, and we have more than "made out" in the year & half we have been with them, including deducting two full years of pet insurance since we pay the full year up front.
We have had multiple claims with Pets Best from lump removal, to pneumonia, to overnight vet care and everything has been handled wonderfully. We are very thankful for them!
