Best Thing I Could Have Bought For My Dog
I would recommend Pet's Best Insurance to every pet owner. We have owned dogs for 40 years and bought the insurance for the first time for our rescue Rocky Dog who is part border collie. Rocky has been to the emergency vet twice in less than a year because the first time he found a rotten salmon by a river bank and the second time he opened a "child proof but not dog proof" bottle of Rimidyl that was for his sister dog and ate the bottle of pills.I submitted the claims to Pet's Best insurance and both times they responded quickly and reimbursed me without a question.
I wish our medical insurance was that efficient.

Reliable/timely
We have had four dogs over the last 20 years - we currently have two labs - the youngest is Sadie. She is constantly getting into trouble. My sister calls her Marlene because she is a female "Marley" (mischievious, incorrigible, and totally lovable." Sadie continues to get in predicaments that result in her getting hurt - cut paws, you name it - she does it. PetHealth hs been an excellent insurer - they respond to our claims quickly via email, then send the reimbursement shortly thereafter. It is easy to submit a claim and we are very pleased with the value-level coverage. We love our pup and know if anything terribly serious happens to her, we can quickly take care of her and be reimbursed. A good insurance company with excellent customer service. I especially like the $100 annual deductible. Works well with this pup.

Great customer service
This is my first experience with Pet Insurance, and so far, I'm very pleased. They don't have the integrated website features that other companies have, but this is more than made up for with the very responsive customer service. Claims are processed fairly and in a very timely manner. I recommend Embrace to anyone looking for a pet insurance company. Unfortunately Embrace isn't licensed by the state of California, and I had to sign a waiver acknowledging this. But I feel comfortable that Embrace is a solid company, and not very concerned about that. The Wellness plan is a good idea if you plan on spending over $200 a year (including any medications). You end up saving $50 there automatically, plus you can get up to 20% off your plan with a) a 5% promotion code, b) paying premium in full (5%), c) your pet is neutered or fixed (5%), d) your pet is microchipped (5%). It's also an Ohio-based company, and people in the midwest are usually very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Affordable peace of mind
Our Chocolate Labrador Retreiver, Wally, has been covered by ASPCA pet insurance for the past two years. While the insurance doesn't cover the cost of routine vet visits, it has paid for itself already and has given us the peace of mind that we won't be forced to choose between doing the right thing and ending up broke. It makes having a curious playful dog a lot less of a financial roll of the dice.

Premium almost doubled
Last year, my 2-yr-old Chihuahua was treated for an insect bite at a vet and I filed a claim. In their defense, the claim process was smooth.
When the renewal notice came recently, the premium had practically doubled. They cited several reasons such as inflation(huh? I thought what we experienced over the last year was closer to deflation and inflation), claim patterns, etc. I am so switching back to another company we used to have.

Claim comments
All transactions with Embrace personnel have been pleasant. They notify each step of the way. As for claims, over the last 2 yrs. I've had to send claims back for review a couple of times. Also in checking around similarly priced plans/benefits, I notice that most other insurers have $8000-$9000 yearly maximum while Embrace is $5000, I wasn't happy about that.

Impressed!
I never thought we would pay for pet insurance, but when we got our 5 year old English Bulldog "Phoenix" from her original owner last December she urged us to look into pet insurance. She had just switched over to Embrace for all of her Bullys and highly recommened we seriously look at the coverage. I am so glad we did! We took Phoenix in for her Ortho check up and it was discovered she had a mammory tumor. We submitted the claim and the claim was paid within 15 business days. In May I submitted another claim for Incontinence, which took a little longer to get paid, but the claim was paid. We are so happy with Embrace and will continue to recommend to all.

Wow! What a great company!
I have been a new member for almost a month now for two rescue dogs. Not only have they been upfront about what they will and will not cover (and it is fair), their customer service has got to be some of the best! I get immediate confirmation of my claim submissions and very prompt returns of benefit payments. My dogs have had a few unforseen problems since the adoptions and Embrace has covered everything allowable under my plan quickly and completely. I reserved judgement on them until now (I did give them a preliminary review when I first used them) but I now have enough experience to say I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Happy to have Petshealth Insurance
My wife and I adopted two German Shepherds about three years ago. Never having had dogs previously, we were pretty clueless about the potential for large medical expenses (I’ve had cats my whole life; they don’t get into much trouble while sleeping all day!). Dogs, on the other hand, seem to be a magnet for problems. Before we explored Petshealth Care Plan Insurance, one of our dogs was bitten by the other dog, opening up a huge gaping whole near his hind quarters. Several weeks and thousands of dollars later, our dog was better. If we’d had pet insurance then, we would have save a TON of money.
Since we’ve had insurance from Petshealth, we’ve had to deal with a plethora of “issues” with our dogs, and thankfully, our insurance has been there for us. Frankly, we downgraded to “basic” insurance to cover accidents, injuries, etc., which doesn’t provide as much benefit as the previous plan, but this is more affordable and fits well into our budget.
We urge our friends with pets, particularly dogs, to investigate pet insurance; specifically, Petshealth Care Plan.
Appreciatively,

easy claims process; prompt reimbursement
I just completed the process on my first claim with Embrace and it was a breeze. The claim was for an emergency visit due to illness. The company e-mailed me in a timely fashion if additional documentation was needed and kept me informed of where they were in the review process. I work in the health care industry and anticipated problems with obtaining reimbursement, as that is the norm in health care. However, Embrace reviewed my claim and mailed the payment in less than seven business days.
