Worth every penny!!!!
We have Embrace Pet Insurance for 5 out of our 6 animals (other cat is too old). At first I was a bit discouraged by all the detailed history I had to ask my vet to print out & fax to Embrace (2 yrs worth for each animal). But I am glad to say it is only a one time process so they can establish each pets medical history. After filing my first few claims, that minor annoyance was long forgotten when we got refunds totalling $659.23!! The wellness rewards is probably the greatest benefit. There is no waiting period & it covers $200 per animal per year for all the little things that add up. We spent a total of $1124.90 on 4 dogs, in a span of 2 weeks (vaccines, heartworm prevention, blood work, spay/neutering). Let me reiterate...We are getting back $659.23!!!!! There was no hassel. They received my claim via fax & the next day I received an email telling me to expect my checks! It was like Christmas! I highly recommend Embrace for all pet owners! If you love your pets as much as I do, you undoubtedly spend alot of money at the vet. Finally, pet owners are being rewarded for being responsible!

A pedigree dog requires good insurance
When we decided to invest in a kennel club pedigree golden retriever we also decided that we had to protect our investment. We reviewed a number of medical insurance companies on line but it was confusing. Our vet had Embrace brochures available in the waiting room. Coverage levels were simply explained leaving us to make the decision which level we wanted.
My calls to Embrace have always been courteous and helpful. Although paper work is just like human medical claims we have not had the delays human claims have.
But so far we have not had a major medical claim only a Wellness claim - and that coverage should be a no brainer for any owner of a loved pet.

Very satisfied
I bought insurance when I got a new cat and after he was examined by the vet. He was from an old friend who had died. About 2 months after the adoption, I found a lump on him and it was lymphoma. After an initial denial, which was due in part to an error in the vet records, Trupanion paid his claim in full for surgery, heart work up, and follow up chemo. Thank goodness I bought this and I had a full physical exam at the time of purchase to document his condition. Over $4,500.00 in expenses were paid, very promptly once the initial denial was reversed. The claims rep, Cheri, was very nice and helpful.

Very Satisfied
I submitted my first claim, and was initially denied coverage. I was offered the opportunity to submit more information to support my claim in an appeal process. They accepted a letter from my veterinarian providing further explaination, and the original decision was subsequently overturned. The claim was accepted and charges applied to my deductible. I submitted a further claim and the charges were reviewed swiftly and a check issued without a hassle. I'm very pleased with this company.

My cat's broken leg required orthopedic surgery
We are glad that we had Petshealth insurance for our cat when he came home with a broken leg. We would not think of putting our little tiger down if there was a cure, but taking our pet to the vet is getting to be rather expensive and without pet insurance we would be risking severe economic hardship. My only regret is that I had taken only the basic plan but after this experience I am probably going to increase my coverage.

my dog had a watermelon head!
My 7 year old Golden Retriever is healthy and normal. But ten days ago, his throat became horribly swollen. I took him to the vet; they thought it might be cancer. I prepared myself, best as I could, and waited for the test results to come back. In the meantime, his throat continued to swell. He went from a baseball to a watermelon or a football - it was swollen behind his ears, in his lips, and through his whole neck. It was horrifying. I received word after 2.5 days that it was an inflammation; he had a fox tail in his throat. It was infected. He was treated with antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory drug. I was instructed to use hot compresses throughout the day. In a few days he started to drain; a pinhole opened up. The swelling continued and finally, the pinhole became 1/2 inch deep and 1 1/2 inches wide. It drained for five days. He is on the mend and has his appetite back now. Pets Best has processed my claim and it is on its way. When he finishes the antibiotics, and the wound has closed, if the swelling comes back he may require exploratory surgery to dig for the foreign object causing the inflammation - But I think Chai will be fine!

Very Satisfied Customer
We purchased pet insurance for our rescue dog shortly after getting her. Thankfully, she's pretty healthy. But, for the few claims I've filed over the past 2 years, I've found the folks at Embrace to be responsive, informed and very helpful. The claims have been processed very quickly. I'm a very satisfied customer!

1st Claim
Filed my 1st claim since having this insurance and it was as painless as an insurance claim could be. They were all so very helpful. And they are covering my dogs elbow displasia, which so many other companies I researched wouldn't have (a big portion of why I chose this company). I can't go through another ordeal like I did with our puppy a few years ago and it is so comforting to know we have Embrace now.

Best Insurance Plan !
We have two norfolk terriers who tend to eat anything and everything they can find on the ground. They have been at their regular vet and an Emergency Pet Care center numerous times, being treated for everything from ingesting a pine cone to just plain stomach upset. This does not come cheap - and Pet's Best has paid 80% of the cost each time.
