Thankful for ASPCA Pet Health Insurance
I decided to get pet insurance after adopting my dog Tripp from a shelter last year. My previous dog had died from lung cancer which cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket. I did an internet search for pet insurance companies and compared plans and rates before deciding to go with ASPCA Health Insurance in June 2009. In May 2010, Tripp was bitten by a poisonous snake and required medical treatment including an overnight stay at an emergency animal hospital. After meeting the $100 deductible, ASCPA Pet Health Insurance reimbursed me 80%. Having the insurance saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me peace of mind. I've already saved more than I paid in premiums for a year.

If only medical payments were this good
I'm an insurance broker and it would be great if medical claim processing and reimbursement were like this. We only took the dog in yesterday. We got an email that the claim had been received about the time we got home from the vet and the explanation of benefits came today. Unbelievable!! I am really pleased and can't recommend Embrace pet insurance more highly.

Done right by us!
We own a dog grooming shop and have referred your insurance to all of our clients with young dogs. We hope this helps you because you have helped us enormously with our almost 11 month old lab who has had many medical problems (thank goodness all minor) but costly at the same time. We spent a lot of time checking out insurances and felt Embrace was the best. We were right! Thanks so much!

VERY IMPRESSED!
Luckily our sweet Tess (dog) is quite healthy, but recently she's had a couple of small issues. Filing our very first claim took a bit of time to gather all health information from the time we rescued her, but after Embrace got everything, they paid quickly and paid very fairly! I just filed our second claim and it was paid FAST! We are extremely happy with Embrace. You never know what an insurance company is really about, until you file a claim. Embrace is about "great service" and A+ in my book!

Excellent Company!
I admit I was skeptical about pet insurance. I had heard many horror stories about people paying for years and receiving only a pittance for major surgeries. Nonetheless, I did some research and decided to go with Embrace. I recently had to take my 9 year old dog in for surgery to remove a lump. I line in New York so it was very expensive, about $2,200. I thought I might get reimbursed for $500. I was literally shocked to find that I would be receiving almost $1,600 from Embrace.
I have been recommending Embrace to all my friends and am happy to write this review.

Simply The BEST!
When our 6 month old long hair chihuahua suffered a huge break on his back leg (Tibial crest fracture and proximal tibia fracture) while running at a dog park, I went into panic mode. Not only from the trauma of what he was going through but also trying to figure out what I was going to tell my husband after the ER vet quoted me about $4,200.00 to fix him. After going to one of the best orthopedic surgeon offices to have our puppy fixed, I then started compiling my stack of receipts. The whole time thinking oh my goodness this is sure adding up. There is no way this case is going to be easy to prove to our pet insurance. After hearing bad story after bad story of pet insurance companies in general I was pretty much searching for a miracle in hopeing EMBRACE would simply cover the expenses with no questions asked. I faxed my claim over to them on June 16th all $4,200.00 of it and on July 6th I received a e-mail stating my check was issued today and I should receive it for the total amount (minus the 20% copay)! The whole process was smooth and 100% easy. I'm still in shock at how easy they made this whole situation. I highly recommend EMBRACE to any new pet owner. Things happen, accidents happen and if you get EMBRACE for your pet you'll be covered and stress free of the financial burdens these accidents come with. Now I did have to pay up front out of pocket with them reimbursing me but again it was so easy to send all my info over and have them cover it. If you do

Charlie's Angel
Two months after taking out pet insurance on Charlie, our 13-year-old Westie, he became very ill. X-rays showed that he had eaten a pool toy and it was obstructing his colon. Emergency surgery followed and the bill rose quickly to $8200. Pets Best paid the $2500 maximum (per incident), a nice dent in an insane vet bill. I will not be without pet insurance again.
