Our English Bull Dog puppy had a huge red lump protruding from her right eye. The Vet said she had cherry eye and surgery would be required. The estimate was near 1,200. Fortunately, our Vet had advised us to purchase Pet Insurance because of the breed of our puppy. I submitted our claim along with our receipt and I had a check within 2 weeks. Buying Pets Best Inusrance was the best purchase we ever made.

This was our first insurance sumbittal for our female doberman pincher. It was a good experiance and I am very glad that we have our dog insured. It was an emergancy surgery and it saved her life.

I have had to submit several claims for my dog in the last year and the customer service that I have experienced with this company has been excellent. They have processed and paid my claims quickly and the claims process is simple and easy. I have recommended Embrace to all my friends who have pets.

My 10 yr old German Shepherd, Abby, was taken in to have her teeth cleaned. I have the wellness package which would pay a flat re-imbursement of a $100 towards the bill. During the cleaning it was discovered that she had a cracked molar and it was removed. When I received the re-imbursement check they didn't pay the $100 because they said it was no longer under the wellness plan but under surgery where my $500 deductable applied. When I called them they said yes that's right and they would not pay any more. Other than this I have had good service but now I will always wonder what they'll get out paying next.

My little teacup yorkie has had a few things come up over her first 2 years of life, and I can say that Trupanion has been the best decision for insurance for her overall health and welfare! They have promptly paid all claims, and they even covered some items that, technically, probably should not have been covered but they made great judgement calls based upon the overall well being of my precious little princess. I would definitely recommend Trupanion to every dog owner out there. They really are a class act, in a time when people and companies seem to have lost their caring, compassionate, humanity. I would rate them 9.8 out of 10, but the rating scale on this site will not allow it.

I have a new puppy King Charles spaniel,my sister in law suggested pet insurance,I looked into it and my vets office said embrace was the insurance their clients were happy with. The people are very friendly and informative when I call. The reimbursement checks are prompt. No complaints from me!

I just recently took my Thai Ridgeback to get spayed and microchip. I emailed an Embrace representative and they reimbursed me with the spay and microchip discount the next day! I also made a Wellness claim for the spay and microchip as well and will be receiving a check within 10 days of filing my claim. So far so good!

I only wish my own health insurance company was this easy to navigate. My pup has had numerous urinary tract infections, kennel cough and giardia. Even minor claims add up and the UTI claim has become a larger claim than I ever imagined. With a 0 deductible and 90% coverage, I feel very fortunate. I have heard horror stories from others with different pet insurance. You can not afford not to use Trupanion!
