Thank Goodness for ASPCA
One day my Bentley started vomiting. He started doing this several times in one week. Hiw bowels were also very soft. You could see he was losing weight and he was moping around, not normal for him. Usually he is very playful. I took him to the Vet and they ran all kinds of tests, which you know are very expensive. With the visit, the tests and the medicine, the charge was over $500. I submitted my claim by faxing in the papers. A few weeks later, I received a check for part of the expenses. What a relief. Seems like everytime I take Bentley to the Vet, the bills are so outrageous.....and I am so happy to be with ASPCA. We insure ourselves, and we must insure our pets. They are part of our family and we love them dearly. We chose the plan that covers neutering, so Bentley is being neutered this Friday and will probably have his teeth cleaned while he is under the sedation. Very comforting knowing that part of this will be covered by the ASPCA insurance. I tell all my friends with pets that we have this insurance and encourage them to look into it for their family pets.

Embrace Was Good Until I Tried To Rejoin
Sure, it’s all roses until you cancel your plan and try to rejoin…… I was a satisfied Embrace client, having enrolled my pup with Embrace since the age of 4 months. Happy with the premium cost which was about $50 a month w/a $200 deductible for his breed/NYC. I was shocked one day to receive a waiver that required my signature. Essentially the waiver stated I understood if I signed, Embrace was not chartered in New York state and I would not be able to pursue an unpaid claims in New York state claims courts. Thousands of dollars in bills potentially unrecoverable? Not impossible scenario but very scary so as a concerned pet parent, I didn’t sign and switched firms. Went to Petplan. Am really unhappy with Petplan despite great reviews. Now I want to return to Embrace. Figure my dog is still young, Llyods of London is a reputable underwriter and all should be fine. Until, Embrace quotes me a premium of $89/mnth $1068/yr and informs me they WILL NOT be covering conditions they had previously covered since his coverage beginning at 4 months because my dog would be classified as a brand new customer with no history at Embrace (his medicial records would need to be reviewed as if he were never an Embrace client). Now, all the things that were NOT pre-existing in his policy since he was a pup are now considering pre-existing since I had taken a 3 month break from Embrace even though he had insurance coverage elsewhere with no claims. Really? I am outraged that Embrace is using a tec

Worth every penny!
Adelayne (Layne) our 19 month old Golden Retriever is everything to us. My wife and I cherish her. Recently over July 4th holiday, we went camping and Layne got poisoned possibly by formaldehyde, the chemical in portable toilets. We rushed her into the emergency vet clinic fearing the worst. After several hours we were able to go home with Layne and medications. We watched her slow recovery for days. I submitted the claim to Embrace not knowing what to expect. Well thank you!! They paid us back $182.94 of the $303.27 emergency clinc bill. That's 60%! Layne is back to her normal sweet self again, she's loved more than ever. Thanks again Embrace-no questions-no hassles-BEST Insurance.

A+ Customer Service
I was so pleased with the customer service, fast reimbursement of wellness and great follow-up from the company. I was only a customer for a few days and all this was in a matter of a couple of weeks. I've had other pet insurance in the past, but Embrace excels above all the others, no doubt!!

Great help in taking good care of your pet.
I have been very thankful to have coverage on my 3-year-old boxer. She seems to have allergies and is a bit of a klutz. I've been able to have the vet take a look at her when, without insurance, I would have been a little more hesitant due to the cost of vet bills. It's a comforting feeling. However, pet insurance works differently than health insurance and you need to make sure you understand the rules, especially in regards to a condition that spans over the renewal date of the policy. It can get a little tricky. However, when it comes down to it, my $35 per month has been

Simple and Reliable
Documents needed for visit very easy to download. Very easy to fill out. Not drowning in paperwork is much appreciated. The vet hospital faxed in the claim, and about 10 days later, got an email saying, the check is on the way. Pretty simple. On a 178.00 bill, I am reimbursed 63.00, and no other song and dance required. I'm a fan of this insurer because they paid out exactly the way they said they would. To the letter.

Helpful for Senior Dogs
We were with another pet insurer and switched to ASPCA because they had a better payout and coverage. Our dogs are 9 and 12 and signed up for illness and injury only. I have had good customer service and quick response on being reimbursed.

We appreciate Pets Health Care
I am so glad I found PetshealthCare on line. We owned two Yorkies before our present pets. Through the years with them, we experienced a few expensive trips to the vet. At three years old, one of them had a brain anurysum (Sp.??) both were spayed , one knee surgery and numerous tumors removed. When we finally had to put them down at 15 and 18 yrs. of age, we signed up for Pets Health Care to help with our new little girls.I feel much more comfortable knowing we are covered.

Attack by bobcat
My cat was attacked by a bobcat several months ago. He had long scratches on his back and numerous lacerations and puncture wounds. His veterinarian shaved him and stitched him up (this took several hours)and my husband and I cared for him for weeks afterwards, giving him fluid and antibiotics. He is now fully recovered, but much more cautious. I'm so thankful that I had ASPCA pet insurance. It paid half of a very large vet bill. Carol Pedersen
