I cannot say enough good things about Trupanion
This is by far the best thing anyone can do for their pet and themselves.I picked up a brochure at my Vets office after getting a staggering bill for the removal of a tooth and a cleaning. I told myself I did not want this to happen again so I bought the insurance. Unfortunately some months later Bandit was found to have cancer in her bladder. Trupanion has been superb in handling all her insurance needs. Letting us concentrate on getting her help for a quality of life for her remaining days.
We even received a call from Michelle, asking how she was doing and were assured that all her Chemo treatments would be taken care of. It is the only time I have ever heard of an insurance carrier call with genuine concern for a client.

A Great Experience! Highly Recommended
I have been very impressed with the quality, promptness and follow through of the customer service representatives. I admit I was skeptical when I signed up for the insurance, and I was reluctant to submit a claim because I assumed it would be a hassle. I am happy to report that so far our experience has far exceeded my expectations. EVery claim was handled promptly and I received checks and feedback on my claims shortly after filing them. The customer service reps dealt with me via email, which was very convenient for me, and responded right away to questions and claims.

Quick service, plenty of feedback
This was our first claim. Since it was the first I wasn't sure what to expect. The claim was handled fairly and fast and I got several emails telling me what was going on. I'm pleased and confident about Embrace.

So far so good
We made our first claim and it was much easier than I imagined. We received the claims check promptly. We feel safer knowing our pup is covered by such a company.

Lovin' ASPCA pet insurance!
I have a 1.5 year old corgi mix, Olive, who in the past year has had three incidents that had me taking her to an emergency vet on a Sunday afternoon. These incidents ranged from abcesses, eye infection, diarrhea and things of that nature. I felt a bit guilty for having to file three claims in such a short time, but was so greatful to have this insurance. ASPCA's people who I talked to several times on the phone in each of these incidents were always terrific. I love that they always seemed genuinely concerned for how Olive was doing. Actually, there is never a need to HAVE to talk to anyone on the phone. Their process for filing is very easy. The turnaround for receiving reimbursements is fairly prompt. I was able to track the paperwork via the internet also. Again, just a very smooth process with some caring and capable people just a phone call away.

great service
As a veterinarian I never thought I would need to insure my pets, but given the rising expense of veterinary care and specialty services I opted to insure all my pets about 2 years ago. Pet's Best has been easy to work with and quickly processes claims and reimbursement for the amounts I have expected - there have not been any difficulties dealing with the company. I was not happy to see the monthly cost increase now that the company is underwritten by Aetna, however, I still feel that the coverage provided for the cost of the insurance is well worth it and more comprehensive then many of the plans that are available.

Fabulous Service!
After reviewing all the pet insurance options I could find I decided to purchase my new policy from Embrace. My choice was supported when my vet told me that she has her pets insured through Embrace as well.
Embrace offered a variety of great plan choices as well as the opportunity to customize my own coverage plan.
I submitted my claim for my puppy's first wellness check and received word from Sam at Embrace in less than a week. My claim was covered in full and a check issued to me immediately. I am delighted and impressed.
Additionally Embrace offered me incredible customer service both by phone and via email. Everyone I have been in contact with has been courteous, friendly and helpful. I don't usually rave about insurance companies but I honestly couldn't hope for better pet insurance.

Pets Best is the BEST
Our enlish bulldog Dozr who is 10 months has had his share of puppy accidents/illnesses in his short time. From a sprained paw to fractured toe and gastritis. Getting insurance with Pets Best was one of the best things we have ever done. The turn around time to process claims is fast and the customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. With the high cost of Vet care we are at ease knowing Dozr is protected.

Very pleased
After spending almost $7,000 on my Ragdoll cat, who had to be put to sleep, I decided I definitely would get pet insurance when I adopted again. I adopted Maya when she was almost a year old, and searched for the best insurance. I chose Embrace because they seem to have the best coverage, the least amount of exclusions/exceptions, and the wellness program. I took Maya for her first annual check up and shots since getting her, and was pleased to be able to submit my bill from the vet's office. I received a confirmation the same day and an email three days later stating my entire claim was approved and the check was being sent. I may not use all of my wellness benefits this year, but I will next year. I just adopted a kitten a few days ago, and will be signing him up today. I hope if I ever need to make a claim for illness or injury it is handled just as efficiently.
