My beautiful English Bulldog rblew her ACL about 10 days ago. The surgery thus far has resulted in nearly 5k of expenses. Pets Best paid exactly what they owed - nearly $3,800 in five business days. I was expecting a per insurance company to try to avoid paying the amount listed on the policy. Like most medical companies for humans I expected the claim to be minimized by "excessive charges above reasonable costs". I about fell out when the entire process from the time I called to cerify coverage for the surgery through the payment of the claim went off like clockwork and out performed the service level I get from my Blue Cross - Blue Shield plan. My dogs surgery was conducted by the best animal physicians in Houston - Gulf Coast Veterinary Clinic. The person in charge of helping file the claim told me at the time of service that thye had never had a single issue with claim payments from Pets Best. I strongly recommend this company.

They are awesome. Initially just put my smallest dog on this because he's so small I was worried he'd get injured easily..well he didn't get injured but had a few other health issues come up..and they have been fantastic and walking me through the process. I have three dogs and I'm adding one to this and cannot wait for the policy on the other dog to expire so I can switch him over as well..They have been amazing!

I Recentally switched insurance companies and joined embrace. I was a little worried due to my past experience with my other insurance company. They would take days to call back regarding claims, the amount they said that I would be getting back was such an outrageously low price I just didn't understand were they were coming up with the figures and the amounts. With embrace I feel like they are always emailing me and keeping in touch when something happens with my dog Roxi. They are so helpful and when you call you can actually speak to a person and not a computerized system. I have already recommended embrace to alot of my friends and family with pets. I have to say one of the most remarkable things about Healthy Paws is how much it doesn't feel like you're working with a typical insurance company. All the folks we've come into contact with have been wonderfully supportive and genuinely care about keeping pets healthy and the mission to help rescue as many homeless animals as possible. I am so glad we purchased our coverage when we did, as our boxer experienced a severe liver condition soon afterwards. Throughout his stay in ICU to his return to home healthy & happy, the Healthy Paws staff had our back on the claims so we could focus on getting him healthy again. The claims process is easy, reimbursement is prompt, and the premiums are very reasonable considering the overall quality of service. I would highly recommend this company to any pet owner! They help make difficult times a little easier by allowing you to focus on your pet's well being instead of worrying about the financial burden.

We got our puppy on a Saturday and purchased the Embrace insurance and Wellness plan on the same day. We took him to our vet on Monday for an examination to make sure he was healthy. At that visit, we purchased heartworm and flea protection. On Friday, we were reimbursed for the entire Wellness amount. The people we spoke with in customer service couldn't have been more helpful. They even helped me set up direct deposit so I will receive the refund even more quickly. We are extremely satisfied with this experience.

My darling little Muffin was the most adorable well mannered very healthy and happy shi-poo until one day she had a strange look on her face. In only eight days she left me at only six and a half years old. I took her to the best hospitals to cure my sweet dog but she passed away from a brain infection that was not curable. Pet Best immediately paid 80% of the cost and even covered $100.00 of her cremation. They were very kind over the phone and sent me condolances over my Muffin's loss. The vet cost were around $7000.00. I would have done anything to save her. Pe best came to the rescue financially when I needed it most. I would have prefered not to use the insurance and still have my darling Muffin but I am grateful that I did. Muffin was a part of my life and family and she deserved to have health insurance just like I do.
