We were moving across country from Florida to California. We were making a pit stop in Texas and Meatball fell out of the truck (it was stopped). He jumped up right away and so we thought he was ok. When we finally made it to California the little guy wouldn't even get up to go pee. We rushed him to a recommended vet right away and had x rays done immediately. Thank god nothing was broken, but he was bruised pretty bad. He had to stay overnight and take some pain meds for the couple of weeks. I don't know where we would have been without the ASPCA policy, money is always tight, especially when moving cross country!

I've already saved more than I paid in premiums for a year.

I'm an insurance broker and it would be great if medical claim processing and reimbursement were like this. We only took the dog in yesterday. We got an email that the claim had been received about the time we got home from the vet and the explanation of benefits came today. Unbelievable!! I am really pleased and can't recommend Embrace pet insurance more highly.

Luckily our sweet Tess (dog) is quite healthy, but recently she's had a couple of small issues. Filing our very first claim took a bit of time to gather all health information from the time we rescued her, but after Embrace got everything, they paid quickly and paid very fairly! I just filed our second claim and it was paid FAST! We are extremely happy with Embrace. You never know what an insurance company is really about, until you file a claim.
