I use embrace because it gives me piece of mind when making sure my pets get the best possible health care. I don't have nearly as many financial concerns when it comes to veterinary services. I always get my money quickly and my benefits are always explained to me. I get the refund deposited into my account usually within a week of the claim! I shouldn't have to deny the best case senario for my pets due to my budget.

Embrace is the best insurance!
This is the second time we have purchased Embrace insurance. Our first experience was with our 3 year old Newfoundland who ended up with lymphoma. Embrace paid every claim without question. They were kind when she eventually passed away and stopped billing us without questions. I wish MY health insurance had such a great track record!I purchased the wellness program for 299 and they covered $400 worth of veterinary services. I got my puppy neutered and chipped and it was like I got a discount!

Terrible claim service
I am very disappointed in their claim service. I submitted one 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back. All of a sudden, they said they had processed it over a week ago though I had never received their email. Worse, it was processed incorrectly.I would not recommend them based on terrible claim service. I'm looking at going with someone else at this point.

easy and worth every penny
The paperwork and submission process are simple and the processing time is quite fast. The customer service is excellent. I received email updates throughout the process and my questions were answered promptly.

This is the best thing I have done for my cat
I have never had pet insurance, so I carefully researched all of the options before I chose Pets Best. The coverage is 80% minus a one-time deductible per incident. I have a cat that was diagnosed with Asthmas/Bronchitis/Pnuemonia. The diagnosis, treatments and medications have totaled approximately $2,000 so far. I have had to pay only the low monthly premium, the $100 deductible and $400. I can download my scanned receipts right over the internet and the response time is very quick. I am confident that I made the right choice in Pets Best and their support has been wonderful.

Very Satisfied
Pets Best Insurance has surpassed my expectations. If only I could find health insurance for myself that was as expeditious and cooperative as Pets Best. Within 2 weeks of my dog's hospitalization, I had a check in hand. I have had to file claims, which is very easy, on two occasions since getting my puppy 9 mos. ago. I always know exactly how much of the expense will be covered. I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance.

Excellent and fast!!
Buddy, my cat began vomiting frequently. Then it seemed he could keep nothing down. A visit to the vet with xrays and blood work determined it was IBS (in a cat!). We changed foods but nothing helped. Another trip, meds and ultrasound seemed to do the trick. I sent in claim boths and it was paid promptly.

They do what they say! (Rare now days!)
I was previously with VPI, and there is no comparison! Embrace process' quickly, and pays out much more. Plus, you can choose what you what, as far as coverage. I used to have to fight with VPI to get them to pay ANYTHING! I have referred two people already. (Total of 14 animals.) They have filed claims, and have been very happy as well. Now they are referring other people. I really appreciate the fact they do what they say!!!! Thank you Embrace!

Excellent Customer Service
The claims representative from Embrace chased down invoices and diagnoses not once, but twice from our veterinarian to get our claims processed. We received our reimbursements quickly and correctly, well within their 15 day limit. The premiums are worth every penny.

Honest, prompt settlements
In the past 2 months I have made claims for both of my dogs for expenses totalling approximately $3,000. I have received prompt service, good communication and reimbursement that was exactly what I expected, based on my contract with Embrace. This is consistent with my past experience with Embrace. I have recommended Embrace to everyone I know with pets.
