So far so good!
I just received an email from Embrace letting me know that the first claim I submitted will be covered. I was a bit skeptical about pet insurance and feared I would have to fight for coverage with each claim, but I am very pleased with my experience with Embrace thus far--particularly as my pup's injury was the result of my dinner prep! My girl loves to lie at my feet as I cook and in a moment of just plain bad luck, hot water spit out of a boiling pot and landed in her eye causing major swelling and irritation. I received an email confirming receipt of my claim within hours of visiting the vet and was given a coverage decision in 10 business days. I chose a $200 deductible and the cost for this visit was only $120, so it was simply applied to my deductible. We'll see what happens when I require an actual pay out, but I am hopeful that I will continue to have positive experiences with Embrace. I appreciate the monthly emails, Facebook page with daily tips, and friendly communication. Overall, Embrace seems to be a company filled with people who care about animals and their jobs. Thank you!

ASPCA is the best
When I adopted my first dog (Shamos)as a puppy, I asked my friends for some solid pet owners advice. What would they do over if they could do it again from the start as a pet owner? One friend told me - get pet insurance! Sure enough this has paid off, not only when poor Shamos ate rat poison from my building in NYC, but also when my second puppy, Belle, fractured her elbow joint. ASPCA has quickly and efficiently managed every claim and covered basic puppy exams and maintenance checkups as well as injury claims. They have a variety of plans based on your coverage needs and have a great online management system so you can easily submit and track your claims. You also get a discount for multiple pet coverage. Not to mention, this is an animal organization, not an insurance organization. They have a sincere interest in helping our pet community. I could not have afforded the vet costs to maintain my pups' health without them. Don't be fooled, you can't afford not to invest in pet insurance. Just do it! You'll thank me like I thank my friend every day!

Great!
I have nothing but good things to say about Embrace Pet Insurance. I have filed several claims and always received prompt, professional responses from the customer service representatives. They provide such an easy process for claims and of course if at any time I have a question, just a quick e-mail to them and I have a response usually within 24 hrs. I feel much more secure knowing that Chance (my Golden Retriever) is insured because he is just like my child. I want to be able to provide him with the best medical care, regardless of cost. Embrace provides a low monthly premium that does just that for me.

Life saver
This insurance was founded by a veterinarian. It is the best 37 dollars a month I have ever spent. So far it has covered 80% of emergency care due to seizures, surgery due to injury, monthly medications all costing into the thousands. Each seperate incident has a $100 deductible. This company has never taken very long to reinburse. Never longer than a month, usually within a few weeks. I find them very fair and consistent.

Glad I have ASPCA PET INS.
Our 3 cats are now 11 and 12. I decided that now is the time to get health insurance for them. Many plans will not accept "older pets". ASPCA did! My Jeter vomited blood and I rushed him to the vet. ASPCA paid my claim promptly. I was very glad I had them

Fantastic Service - quick and responsive
My bulldgog required emergency surgery for an obstruction in her digestive tract. Embrace processed the claim quickly and professionally. As promised, they paid the claim in full less the deductible and my co-pay. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind when it comes to pet insurane.

After 8 Dobermans: Insurance
My wife and I have been the happy owners of nine Dobermans over the forty years we've been married. They've all been wonderful, "low maintenance" dogs, until our last two. The first is a handsome fellow who has been healthy. Then after 5 years, we adopted his sister. She'd been with us a month and we discovered she had cancer. Needless to say, between the surgery and the chemotherapy, we were set back quite a pretty figure. She's OK now and we consider the money well spent. The experience prompted us to obtain pet insurance for her brother, if for anything it would bring us some peace of mind. Fortunately, he has remained healthy, but developed several minor problems over the past half year. One involved a vitamin B12 deficiency which an internist found and treated successfully, the other problem was an pustular interdigital infection of his right front paw, also treated quickly and successfully. The veterinary bills from both instances were submitted, our deductible met and a portion of our bills reimbursed. This was done in short order and without any difficulty. It really didn't amount to much compared to the expenses put out for the female with cancer, but it reassured us to know that when and if the big fellow ever suffers anything like his sister, the ASPCA insurance will be there to ease our financial burden.

Unexpected payment!
Maggie the Dog stepped on a huge, long wasp. I took her to her to her vet to get the stinger removed and an antihistamine injection. I didn't know how much if any amount Embrace insurance would reimburse. It was a nice surprise to hear immediately that the claim was being looked into and someone would let me know the status. I received the reimbursement in less than 10 days. While it was a small amount, I appreciated the attention Embrace gave me in responding to the claim. This kind of quick response, keeping me in the loop as far as claim status as it moves along, and the caring expressed by the staff is what makes me recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to other pet owners. I had a bigger claim two years ago, and I was satisfied with the reimbursement, too. Additionally, what is special about Embrace is the caring and concern for their clients--certainly unlike any response I've experienced from insurance companies for humans!!

ASPCA Pet Insurance
Our dog, Cody, had ACL surgery to his rear leg approx 3 months ago. He is no longer in pain and is recovering quite nicely thanks to ASPCA Pet Insurance. For once, we were able make a healthcare decision for our pet based on his medical needs and not based on our wallet! My wife and I are happy and, more importantly, Cody is happy! Thanks ASPCA!
