48 hour approval
Submitted my claim on a Monday for $ 550.00 and had an email approval by Wednesday. Check was in my hand by Friday. 90% of the $550 minus my exam fee and zero deductible. What more can u ask for? And... All tests showed NO CANCER! Peace of mind that I would not have been able to afford.

Great Service
I recently adopted a cat and bought pet insurance just in case he had issues I was unaware of. It turned out he needed some dental work and Pets Best covered the cost of the needed extractions. They were very efficient and made the claim process easy. I would recommend them for pet insurance.

The Jury Is Still Out.
Izzie, our 5 year old next month schnoodle has just completed her 1st. year of coverage. She had 3 issues during the year, 2 of which needed emergency treatment. She decided to open a Xmas gift early while home alone, and helped herself to the M & M candy inside. The other issue being attacked by a neighbor's dog, which required 3 staples in her backside. Our insurance coverage came in very handy, and we were happy that we had it. Customer service could not have been nicer, and the claim forms are very simple to fill out. It was handled quickly. I guess we broke even with the money we received from the insurance company, and the money we paid for the coverage. We are not pleased however, that when we were auto-renewed there was a $100.00 increase in our coverage. We will keep it this year, and if there is another big increase that you don't know about until it is already renewed,---Well--- "The Jury Is Still Out".

Amazing Customer Servce
I have a 12 year old cat who I love like a child. She has always been healthy but then after her vet died I found out just how expensive vet costs could be (my previous vet had extremely low costs even for major surgery). After pricing the surrounding vets I realized I needed pet insurance. I then began debating whether to cancel the insurance or not especially when funds were tight, but given her age I figured I'd better keep her insured. Well the last few months have been very difficult in our house - our dog died of tumors and internal bleeding and then my cat started getting sick. They diagnosed her with hyperthyroidism but fortunately since she was in the early stages they were able to do the I-131 Radioactive Iodine treatment. Trupanion picked up all covered costs and did so at lightning speed. I had an email with the approval within 3 days of faxing in my claim forms. Every member of their staff I've dealt with were so compassionate and genuinly care about the pets they insure. I would highly recommend them for any pet owner that truly loves their pet and would do almost anything for their quality of life. I don't know if this will be screened and my email address removed when this is posted, but anyone that would like to ask me informaton personally about the quality of insurance and the customer service at Trupanion, may do so (please no spammers) at: mredhead@brbilaw.com. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have and confirm my view that they are th

It's True!
I am the first of my friends and colleagues to get pet insurance. I fund and work with many many rescue groups and dog devotees. Everyone kind of had the opinion that pet insurance was a scam - they all wanted to know my experience. I kept telling them I had nothing to report. My dog was fine.
Well, it finally happened. Daisy got sick quite suddenly and died four days later. The bill was over $3000!
I put in my claim and waited. I really had no idea what to expect. In the meantime they were so nice to me - called me with their condolences - just really amazing personal attention.
I just got my claim decision the other day. They are paying 2/3rds of the cost! Everyone was shocked. I now believe my friends and colleagues secretly thought I was being scammed. So now I'm telling everyone it's true! Pet's Best Insurance is for real. I'm even getting phone calls from people who got word of this event asking who I'm insured with. I plan on posting my experience to Craigslist just to let people know that pet insurance, though new, is real and that all I can recommend is Pets Best.
Nothing will bring back Daisy but at least I know that if I have a sick animal it' ok to focus on getting them well without getting a second shock when the bill comes in.

not bad
had an incident a couple of months ago, when my three labs found and ' ate' some of my ibuprofen caps in the vial after I left for work. fortunately my daughter discovered this and took the bunch to the vet ER, where they were very weel treated. it turned out that only Bonnie ate some pills. she is now 100 pct, jumping, swimming, very alert and playful. ASPCA reimbursed the major expenses, after some red tape. all in all, I cannot complain

First Rate Company & Does What It Says It Will Do
This company is top flight and does exactly what it says it will do: it provides insurance at a reasonable cost so as to help take the cost issue out of the equation when having to provide medical treatment for our "pet family members." We recently lost our two-year old cockapoo to a terrible immune system disease that struck completely out of the blue. The hospitalization and course of treatment was very expensive, but thanks to Pets Best we were able to do everything we possibly could to try and save our beloved dog's life. Without Pets Best, our treatment decisions would have been agonizingly difficult and quite candidly I'm not sure that we could and would have done all that we did do (which obviously would have made the terrible loss even harder than it has already been, particularly for our children). Further, and as it has always done, Pets Best paid our claims quickly and efficiently. The customer service could not be better. Although it will obviously take us time to get over the loss of our dog, when the time is right for us to get another one there is no question that we will use Pets Best once again.

Despicable pet Insurance Company
I have been a client of the ASPCA Petshealth Care Insurance Company for over 11 years. I recently submitted claims on behalf of my Li'l Girl, totaling approx. $3000.00, The 1st claim totaling $1400.00 was reimbursed for a total of $300.00. A previous claim of $320.00 was reimbursed for $75.00. I am awaiting the process of the other claims, but do not hold much hope on the 80% reimbursement as stated on their policy. I will be lucky to get 25% reimbursement.Sadly, my Li'l Girl passed away recently, at the age of 18. I miss her very much, and I wish we were still together. My claim problems started with this company when Li'l Girl was jumping around like a kitten, and appeared to be doing really well. But sadly, the Claims dilemma continued and continues, when she took a turn for the worse, and then sadly passed. It is a shame that such a dreadful Pet Insurance Company exists, as I would like to grieve without having to deal with them anymore, but I feel more strongly than ever, that I have to help get the word out to others regarding the deplorable behavior of this company.
I am writing to Warn others to stay away from this Pet Insurance Company. And if you are an existing member, cancel your Policy, and shop elsewhere. There are many Fine Pet Insurance Companies out there. You never know how good any Company is until you have a claim, or an issue. You can pay Premiums for Years, and think you are with a Reputable company, until one day when you need to file a claim. Get o
