Unexpected payment!
Maggie the Dog stepped on a huge, long wasp. I took her to her to her vet to get the stinger removed and an antihistamine injection. I didn't know how much if any amount Embrace insurance would reimburse. It was a nice surprise to hear immediately that the claim was being looked into and someone would let me know the status. I received the reimbursement in less than 10 days. While it was a small amount, I appreciated the attention Embrace gave me in responding to the claim. This kind of quick response, keeping me in the loop as far as claim status as it moves along, and the caring expressed by the staff is what makes me recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to other pet owners. I had a bigger claim two years ago, and I was satisfied with the reimbursement, too. Additionally, what is special about Embrace is the caring and concern for their clients--certainly unlike any response I've experienced from insurance companies for humans!!

ASPCA Pet Insurance
Our dog, Cody, had ACL surgery to his rear leg approx 3 months ago. He is no longer in pain and is recovering quite nicely thanks to ASPCA Pet Insurance. For once, we were able make a healthcare decision for our pet based on his medical needs and not based on our wallet! My wife and I are happy and, more importantly, Cody is happy! Thanks ASPCA!

Embrace pet insurance ROCKS!!
Our 6th rescue, a healthy & very active 16 mo. old coated GSD Skyler, tore her ACL in her left hind leg. This happened less than 24 hours after we accepted our 7th rescue (foster to own) GSD, River! We had recently moved to a new home and incurred unexpected costs related to it and to recent automotive repairs. We had tried VPI years ago, but it was such a hassle we never purchased pet insurance again. That is, until I saw the Embrace flyer in our Veterinarian's office. Since we rescued Sky as a pup, we decided to give Embrace a try, based on testimonials and our own research. We immediately added River to our policy and words fall short to express our gratefulness to all the "Embracers" we have corresponded with. Their outstanding communication, professionalism and attention to detail is unsurpassed, especially regarding a time sensitive situation with Skyler's need for surgery. Embrace has confirmed coverage of $2736.92 of our surgical estimate of $3508.15 with possible additional coverage if the post-op total increases. What more could you ask for?? How about Embrace offering to direct deposit funds due you, into your bank account! This has been the worst possible timing for such an injury and the BEST possible outcome thanks to Embrace!

Very easy and very satisfied.
I did get pets best insurance for my Sphynx kitten. I was a little skeptical. I did file a claim for an echocardiagram for a heart murmur-she is only 5 months old. I did submit all the proper paperwork and with in a few weeks I did receive a check for 323 dollars and the procedure was 500. I am very satified with this company and I am refering them to all my friends

Really happy
We have had a great experience with Embrace Pet Insurance. Although the monthly premium is substantial and more than any other pet insurance option, the customer service and timely response is well worth it. Our Bentley had a torn CCL, which needed to be repaired via very expensive, but successful surgery. Most insurance companies question ligament tears and try to find ways out of paying the bill. Embrace responded to our claim in just a few days and our check was in the mail immediately. Apart from 1 issue regarding a vet visit due to diarrhea and being told that this was a pre existing condition (still confused over that one), we have been very happy.

BEWARE....Pets Best has changed dramatically!
I had Pets Best for several years. I was pleased at first but have had several problems with them recently. They told me they would cover a treatment (after an extensive detailed conversation) and then changed their decision AFTER I went ahead with it. I heard they were bought by Aetna recently, and since then, my vet has said that many of his clients have had trouble with them not covering things they did before. Beware of them....I am looking to switch to another company and am very upset with them. I feel I was treated very unfairly and unethically.

ASPCA (HARTVILLE GROUP, INC.) IS A SCAM!!
My poor cat had an abscess in her mouth that burst through her face. She needed emergency surgery, and had some teeth removed. During her emergency surgery, the Doctor had to remove the abscess material from the other teeth, and clean those teeth in order to inspect them thoroughly, to see if there were any other abscesses in her mouth.Of the many procedures that the ASPCA Petshealtsh Care Insurance (Hartville Group) denied, was the cleaning of her teeth, saying it was a ‘Wellness’ procedure, a dental cleaning, which was an exclusion under the Policy!! This was NOT a Wellness Dental Cleaning, this was a possible live sparing surgery, in which the teeth had to be thoroughly inspected. My poor Li’l Girl later passed soon after, from possible complications from the abscess.
This insurance company is as cold-hearted as they come, and I STRONGLY advise all others to stay away from this Pet Insurance, and for Existing Clients to CANCEL their policies. This company is a DISGRACE!!!
They interpret procedures, contrary to the reasons they were ordered by the Veterinarian, so that they may be excluded from your claim. DISGUSTING & ABOMINABLE!!!!!

Pleased with service
My cat was diagnosed with a soft tissue injury. I had a few questions about submitting the claim, so I phoned ASPCA Insurance. The representative was very helpful. I filed a claim a week later. I received an email within a week notifying me that my claim had been approved. The check was in my mailbox a week afterwards. I am very satisfied with the service and the speed with which my claim was processed.

Great Pet Health Insurance
I have been with Embrace for 4 years now and I am very happy with them. They are sweet, kind, caring and most importantly pay what I expect them to pay per the policy. I have had a few mis-communications with them, but they have gone above and beyond to make things right. That means a lot to me in this age where most companies just do not care. Embrace seems to care! They have always been more than fair with us. The only thing I have ever had a problem with was the reduction to $2500 once a pet is diagnosed. I almost changed to another company because of it since I have English Mastiffs & could very easily surpass $2500 for a diagnosis, but they are changing that policy next year so I decided to wait it out since I love Embrace so much. I have and will continue to recommend Embrace to anyone who is looking for good pet insurance. If you want great pet insurance for your pets... Embrace is it.
