Nationwide makes submitting claims easy and their reimbursement wait times are short!

We have a Bernese Mountain Dog and because we were worried about not being able to cover things should an accident occur, we got Nationwide Pet Insurance. It's been so helpful because we have a lot of friends who don't have insurance and it's hard seeing them struggle and figure out if their dog gets the treatment that it needs--it's heartbreaking. We've been very satisfied with Nationwide but would encourage people to get the insurance as soon as possible because anything (e.g., getting diarrhea) that shows up prior to the insurance will be treated as a pre-existing condition (e.g., gastroentitus).

This is the first time I have ever used pet insurance. With an older cat, it has come in very handy. The claim process is easy and I have received reimbursement very quickly with no hassles.

All my claims are processed in a timely manner, even when I've had to send documents. I highly recommend nationwide

In the past more of my claim amounts were paid but now it seems like less and less is covered. I'm very disappointed and I'm seriously thinking about ending my association with Nationwide Pet Insurance.

Thank you to Nationwide for putting my mind at ease and covering a huge portion of Jackson's medical bill when he had to have tooth surgery. The quick turnaround was much appreciated and it's good knowing there's a reliable partner out there.

I love Nationwide. I’ve never had an issue with filing claims. We are very happy with our pet insurance.

We had Nationwide Pet Insurance (VPI) for years. Never "ever" let us down!... We have no kids...our Dogs (our pups) are our kids!.... we've had such funny happy.... and been simple miserable when dragged through the mud of the sad times.... but always" when faced with pearl Nationwide was always the light at the end of the tunnel.... you guys made it easier when the going was tough when one of our kids was ill....or gravely ill? And in th good times it was "always" a good feeling that you wee there when disaster strikes! I pass the word "constantly" for people I know and don't know to get Pet Insurance and I "always" tell them Nationwide Pet Insurance is the Best! I know this survey is mundane and trivial to some... and maybe a formality for your company... But speaking from the heart...when your world has been turned up side down and you are questioning all the "whys" and maybe even "God"?....it's nice to know that you have "something" or "someone" that is there for you....it helps ease the pain.. "thanks"! As for Hollie...we got lucky with her recent procedure.... not so lucky in the past... seems like 5 years old (for us anyway) is the death number?.. when Cancer seems to appear "out of nowhere?"... and we've lost numerous Pups to that horrible disease........ I've always question "why" more research about Cancer is not performed?...did you know that Elephants "DO NOT" get cancer?...why are the experts not interested in "why"? Not to be political but maybe if Obama had "snuck" that 150 billion to the Cancer Research Association instead of the Number one sponsor of Terrorism in the world we might have an answer for Cancer. for humans and animals?...but you got to know the Drug Industry will never let that happen......... We will someday have cure for Cancer... I hope..... but that doesn't seem to be a big deal right now? ....but impeachment is? .. shame! ...now we and our Pets "all" suffer for the inconsiderate few...in DC.

My dog had to have emergency surgery, quite unexpectedly. While he was still under treatment and healing, I submitted my claim. Healthy Paws was quick to respond, and came through with resolving my claim in a very timely manner. I loved that they continually checked in on my pet's well-being throughout the process and his recovery. I'm so glad I invested in pet insurance with them, and would highly recommend them to all new pet owners. If only human health insurance was so easy to navigate!
