I have my puppy back because of Embrace!!!!
I am extremely fortunate to have chosen Embrace Insurance for my new puppy Rocky. He was just 10 weeks old when I got him and I decided to get insurance for him never thinking that I would need to use it until he was in his senior years.
I had compared several companies and chose Embrace because of the good reviews online, competitive rate, overall coverage and their association with USAA.
Less than a month after getting Rocky hesitated to lose his appetite and began to throw up. What I thought was a little stomach upset ended up being diagnosed as kidney failure either from a kidney infection or congenital issue.Rocky anded up being hospitalized for 6 days in two different emergency hospitals and needed multiple visits to our vet for days of IV fluid treatments. The bills kept mounting to over $8,000.00 and are still going.
Embrace has been wonderful about covering each and every claim and I had only been a member for less than a month.Once they received all the information they needed they reviewed the claim and covered 90% of all of Rocky's medical expenses related to his kidney failure.
The customer service representatives have always been friendly, knowledgable, and willing to go the extra step to facilitate the processing of the claim.
Without Embrace I may have been forced to make some very unpleasant choices. Rocky is getting better and I feel like I have my sweet puppy back. Thanks to all the veterinarians who took care of him and to Embrace for making it all possible

GOOD COVERAGE BUT THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR COVERAGE WHEN YOU FILE A CLAIM
I would say the communication part could be improved by just communicating with the customer. My claim we delayed over 30 days and no explanation of why. My claim was for a back surgery and now the underwritten permanently excluded skin allergies. However, when i signed up it said 6 months no issues. That was very shady for the company to remove that coverage permanently due to my claim for a back surgery. I will be looking for another insurance provider her in the near future. That just rubbed me the wrong way and no communication once again. Only a letter but didn't tell me why. My guess is because you covered the claim for the back surgery.
