Always good Always Caring Only complaint would be a little slow in paying out. If you had a big bill and you had to rob another bill to pay vet then you really need a faster payout

Considering I was contemplating less then one (1) week before this emergency happened to cancel my policy...I’m thrilled I didn’t!!! My beagle boy has better insurance then me! The whole process, customer service, claim, summiting of the claim and the turnaround time was exceptional.

The insurance is decent coverage, and so far every appropriate claim has been covered per the contract. However, the price jumped 33% from one year to the next. They say costs are based on type of pet, age of pet, and where you live. The only thing that changed was my cat went from 4 to 5 years old. They claim that costs don’t increase based on claims, but that feels false based on a 33% jump. If I had known the price would increase this much in one year I would have gone with another company.

It is extremely easy to file a claim and they are very quick to review and make a decision. They usually pay within 4 days from the date the claim was submitted. Pets Best is the best!

All the time I could remember, just where was I going to get the money to pay for care. Then I saw this pet health insurance. I said to myself, this is the one thing I can give for my boys if anything goes wrong. And am I glad they are there. Thank you Nationwide. Hachi is doing well. And I have since recommended you to several of my co-workers and they are looking into this program for their 4-legged family members.

When a small bump appeared inside my weiner dog's (Julio) ear I figured it'd be best to keep an eye on it. Over night it nearly doubled in size and that's when my wife and I knew it was something that couldn't wait. Thankfully our wonderful vet was able to get Julio in for surgery that morning so that we could scope and run tests. We're just as thankful for having the support of the animal lovers at Nationwide because making sure your pup is in top shape isn't always cheap, but it certainly helps you to rest easier at night.
