Very impressed!
Daringly, i chose an English Bulldog for my first dog. After realizing how much this cute little ball of wrinkles would cost me in vet bills, i started to get a little nervous. I chose Embrace because they cover breed specific and genetic conditions, which would be the cause of most of my bullies vet visits. Right off the bat, my little bully suffered one rash after another and eventually cherry eye, a genetic condition requiring a very expensive surgery. i submitted the claim to Embrace with fingers crossed. I expected, like most insurances, that there would be some sort of fine print stating that the surgery would not be covered. I was never so happy to be wrong. Embrace covered the surgery and saved me over $500. They are efficient, attentive, and timely when it comes to reviewing claims. They kept me informed as to the status of my claim and even followed up to make sure i had received my return. I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner especially one who owns a purebred animal potential health problems. I'm very impressed!

well worth it
Our Westie has been covered since day one. The insurance has more than paid for itself. She developed a worm called ringworm and it was a costly diagnosis and treatment but the insurance plan sure helped. She is one of the family and we wouldn't be without our pet insurance.

Highly Recommended!
When we got Chogan (a bearded collie / lab mix) from the Delta animal shelter at 3 months, he came with a Petsecure free trial policy. Within a few days of adopting him, Chogan became very sick & was diagnosed with an intussusception requiring an operation that ended up costing almost $2000. The Petsecure trial covered the first $500 however within 2 days of the first operation, Chogan had a relapse & required surgery again. When Petsecure heard from our vet that he would require the 2nd operation (another $1200), they called us & told us that if we converted our trial policy to a full policy they would cover the cost of this surgery. We thought this was pretty amazing because the trial only provides one-off cover for $500 - so Petsecure were under no obligation to do anything more. Since then (about 9 months ago) Chogan has required another $400 visit to the vet for illn2ess & again, it has been covered by Petsecure. We are absolutely ecstatic with the cover we have received & highly recommend Petsecure to anybody looking for pet insurance.

Really Fast Claim Service
A few months after I enrolled my dog with Embrace, he slipped on wooden stairs while we were staying with friends. When we returned home, I noticed that he was limping so I took him to my vet. At first, she tried medicine but that did not work. I took him back and my vet performed a series of x-rays. Although the x-rays look good, my vet is afraid that my dog may need surgery in the future for a luxating patella. I submitted my claim and received really fast service with no "back & forth" issues. This is the first time I have had pet insurance and I am very happy with Embrace.

Great customer care
I just signed up for Healthy Paws after researching all of the companies online ultimately decided on Healthy Paws because of the great customer service! I know that everyone who is reading this has had numerous experiences in life where bad service and customer care left you wishing you were not committed to a company+On the other hand, it is worth making the commitment when you receive such wonderful customer service. I havent had a claim, but can tell when and if that happens it will be prompt and efficient! Thanks Healthy Paws!

Pet Health Insurance is Important
Pet insurance is just as important as health insurance for families. Health care is expensive and can create a tremendous financial burden. This is equally true with pets. We love our animals and we treat them like family members. We need some assurance that we will be able to provide the best care for our pets without worrying about the financial hardship it can create. The insurance gives us the peace of mind we need and eliminates this worry. Celine is a new member to our family and we can't imagine not having her around. We insure her to make sure she will always be well cared for and to make sure she stays healthy and happy. God forbid she gets sick or has an accident. With pet insurance, the burden of caring for her is diminished and we worry less about these unforeseen events.

Wish I had signed up the day I brought Mateo home
My new pup developed a serious skin condition within days after coming home. I had read about Embrace, but neglected to sign up right away. Big mistake. Multiple trips to vet, medication and other treatment -- all expensive -- would have been covered. Have since signed up and been pleased with service. Only two drawbacks: I found providing initial background information to be a bit of a hassle. And I didn't realize, initially, that claims needed to be submitted within 60 days of treatment. By the time i did figure that out, it was too late to submit some significant expenses. Advice to newcomers: read your policy carefully AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT.

Will NEVER be without it!!
After having lost one of our dogs, who we always consider one of the family, due to the fact that we could not perform multiple tests to determine what was wrong with her and had to put her to sleep...I will NEVER again be without pet insurance!! I feel horribly guilty to this day and it was five years ago. We have one of her puppies who is now a twelve and a half year old springer. A year and a half ago he had to have a squamos cell cancer removed from inside his lip and 16 treatments of radiation. Eight thousand dollar occurance!! We were able to do it because we paid each treatment by the week and Pets Best reimbursed us so quickly that we were able to keep up. Now he has a torn ACL in one knee and has been getting water therapy but will most probably end up with surgery because it won't heal on its own. Pets Best is extremely affordable, fair and timely. I can't recommend them more highly. I feel so strongly about them that I carry their pamphlets around in my glove box of my car so I can hand them out to others that so love their pet too. A MUST HAVE!!!!!
