Happy with Trupanion Pet Insuarance
I've enrolled my yokie pup at 3 months with trupanion pet insurance.Had no problem, a cheque was sent to me right away. Also, my vet had proper forms filled and signed for me. Also they can fax all in paperwork to them at no charge. I'm very pleased with trupanion and I will recommend them to you.

I am new with pet insurance altogether but so far I am happy with Embrace. They respond quickly to any emails and took care of my claim very well and very timely.

Awesome
I submitted by fax on Wednesday my claim for my puppy's 4th puppy shots, I received an email on Thursday to confirm that they received the fax and it was being processed, on Friday I received another email with the EOB attached along with them telling me that the reimbursement would be submitted to my bank the next day. Your customer service is excellent, and the phone call I received from you welcoming me was very nice, and when I did call the customer service rep. she was extremely nice and helpful.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER!!!!!!!!!
I thought it would be the best insurance ever, since it has the name ASPCA, I was wrong. They didn't pay anything!!!! The reason they gave me was "Exclusion Code - 2", then they sent me a paper explaining it what it means and it was pre-existing (for my baby's earmites). How is it pre-existing when she's only 5 months old??? It was her first time going to the vet. I wouldn't recommend it. Save your money. Find a better one.

Excellent care
Our dog, Sandi, is a three year old husky mix. We began a health policy with her because our previous rescue dog had some serious, and expensive, care toward the end of it's life. The company we chose is ASPCA, which was recommended by our veterinarian. The company has a good web site, the return checks after a claim are handled promptly, and we have the no hassle option of having our quarterly payment charged automatically through a credit card. To date, Sandi has had several hundred dollars worth of bills, mostly due to a infection that set in around a deer fly bite on her nose. She needed shots, ointments, and lab work. We are looking forward to a long and healthy life for Sandi, but we feel she is worth the little bit extra to insure that we can afford to take care of her.

Pets Best is THE best!
I have insured four pets with Pets Best over the years. First of all, I find the premium reasonable. Secondly, I have filed several claims over the years, and the responses were quick and covered the 80% after the deductible. Very kind and competent customer service representatives, too. I can't say enough good about this company! I have enthusiastically recommended them to my friends. No need to look elsewhere for insurance.

Finally a pet insurance that covers your costs
This insurance does not cover your yearly physical expenseses but IT COVERS 90% of TOTAL ACTUAL VET BILL for sick, diagnostic, lab, surgery, over night care..I live in New York and medical bills are much higher than a small town across the country. At present I am a pet parent to 3 cats and 3 dogs of which 2 of my pets are very senior dog 18 years old and cat 23 years old, my other 4 pets are 4 years old I Know how hard it is to take care of your pets when ill..I was always looking for insur for my younger pets that made some sense. All other insur covers yearly visits and such BUT it is NOT what it cost you IT IS A PAY SCALE AVERAGE and lots of exclusion and premiums some higher than Trupanion..I picked Trupanion because their coverage IS 90% of what it costs you for illness or surgery and NO CAPS ON LIFETIME. I enrolled 7/29/2010 my younger pets. One of my dogs ruptured her R CCL ( her knee tendon) had surgery $ 1610.00 9/24/2010 recieved payment 10/19/2010 for $1449.00..I AM SO HAPPY , also had a prior bill expenses $ 737.00 diagnostic and labs in reference to above Recieved payment for $ 663.30..AGAIN I AM SO HAPPY..I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE>.p.s I never write reviews but what I read up on Trupanion helped me , I hope this helps someone else...

Great Customer Service
Our 3 month old puppy had an intestinal blockage a few days after our coverage began. We incurred some large vet bills over the course of a week. Embrace was great. I got friendly and helpful people on the phone every time I called and also received numerous emails during the claims process. Embrace covered everything we expected and we received our reimbursement check very quickly. I was very happy with our experience.

5 year old Multipoo
I have used the insurance for a couple of Maggie's visits and have been very happy with the turn around in payment, but was a little discouraged but the increase in premium and deductable when Maggie turned 5. From $100 to $200 for the deductable seems a bit accessive.
