I bought the insurance and a year later my dog had to have an ACL which is common on small dogs. Since 2 years previous tot he insurance he had it on the opposite side, ASPCA concluded it was a preexisting condition. ASPCA never mentioned in their advertising or comments that such a thing could occur other than 6 months. It cost me over $2000 and when I complained, ASPCA would not even respond. ASPCA are a bunch of groups conning people who own pets with no real caring. Use another insurance company. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF.

My dog has had health issues since the 2nd month I had him. I got health coverage for him after his first incident and have had more medical situations with him than I can count and Pet's Health has covered them all. I recommend pet insurance to all my friends and family!!!!

My vet faxed a well claim for our golden Retriever on Jan 19th. I received a confirmation that Embrace received the claim a few hours later.I just received an email, on Jan 27th, stating that I should be receiving a check within 10 day. I had VPI insurance for out previous dog and I am very happy that I found Embrace.VPI took much longer to process claims.

I have had insurance for 6 months for my lab pup. response time regarding claims is fast and efficient. E mails are sent letting you know how the claim is progressing. Friendly and courteous. I am glad i chose Embrace as my pet's insurer.

After several really good reports about Trupanion, I chose their policy for my dog. 4 months ago, I found out that she had an acl tear. The surgery was quite expensive and Trupanion came through like a champ. When I got my second AM, he was immediately added to my policy. I am retired and have a fixed income. I decided to buy pet insurance because Chaz, my Pembroke Welsh Corgi was a rescue and one year old when I adopted him. I had no way of knowing if there were health issues with him. As it happened, he contracted kennel cough almost immediately after I brought him home and after several hundred dollars in vet bills, I signed up with ASPCA Insurance. Since then he has had stomach issues and emergency room visits that were costly as well as normal care each year and I the insurance has really paid for itself. I think all pet owners should have some form of insurance for them as they are like children. They can't take care of themselves.
