Fast
Just know your policy. I bought this inurance because my last dog past away from kidney failure and my vet bill was 4200. I bought a new puppy and bought insurance. My new puppy has OCD. The 250 deductable does not take office visits. Well that could be a 100-200 dollars. Very friendly company and seem to be fast at paying claims. Just know what your policy says and you will be happy.

Skin Biopsy
My dog needed a skin biopsy to further help me know what was wrong. He had hair loss on ears, face, and eyes. The tissues needed to be evaluated by a dermatoligist doing the biopsy.

Trupanion rocks!
I had researched pet insurance for years and always concluded it was a waste of money. That was before Trupanion. This company is amazing. great coverage, incredibly responsive. Wouldn't be without it. Do the research, then call them.

So far, EXTREMELY PLEASED
I got my puppy in May of 2010. I decided to go with Embrace as it appeared to be one of the best coverages.I have recently had an issue where my puppy was diagnosed with Anaplasma, a tick born disease. I was thrilled that the first 2 claims I submitted were paid in full, less my deductable. Thank you Embrace to living up to what you say.

Great Wellness service
My first experience filing and receiving a wellness reimbursement claim was pretty flawless. After sending scans of all the claim form and Vet bill/notes, I received a check for the full amount about a week later. I do not think it can get much easier than that. Thank you.

Support for my new puppy
My husband and I had an unexpected addition to our family when we came across a 4 week old Lab mix being sold on the street by a kid who clearly had no clue how to care for young puppies. Our little Dori came home with us, but we were now faced with covering ALL her puppy vaccinations, her spay, and some allergy issues that sent us to the vet several times. The ASPCA pet insurance saved us a lot of money, and even though you have to pay up front, it really helps to get 80% of it back. Claims were processed in a timely fashion, and rates are very reasonable for the amount of coverage. I also really like knowing an organization like the ASPCA is benefiting from it as well.As someone who doesn't have a few thousand for a rainy day saved, I like knowing that if something unforeseen should happen, I won't have to choose between my finances and saving my best friend.

Happy and grateful for Pet's Best Insurance
My Springer Spaniel was bitten by a rattlesnake far from my home and trusted Vet. I took her to an Emergency Vet I did not know. They treated her overnight and the bill was over $2000.00. My Vet later told me they charged me twice their cost for the anti-venom they gave her. They saved my dog however and I was grateful and paid the bill. I filed my first claim with Pet's Best Insurance and waited for the excuses of why they wouldn't pay. Instead I received regular emails about the status of my claim. I was shocked and relieved when I received a check for over $1600.00 in a reasonable amount of time. I am so grateful I chose Pet's Best and I will recommend them at every opportunity.

So far, so great!
As with people insurance, we hope we never have to use our Embrace benefits, but we sure are glad we have them!We are just a little over the 6 month mark in our first year with Embrace. In that time we've had two wellness claims and one illness claim. The wellness claims were processed very quickly by a couple of the most friendly people I've had the pleasure to be in contact with. We are still waiting for information about the illness claim, but I understand that these types of claims would be a little more involved. So far, I've been very pleased with all aspects of Embrace pet insurance.
