Fantastic Insurance
We signed up for Trupanion because we just got a new puppy for our 3 year old Golden Retriever to play with and our vet said this was great insurance. We thought it would be a good idea since we didn't want to eventually have to make a very tough decision about our pet's health over medical bills. Well, little did we know, 2 months after we signed up my 3 year old Golden Retriever was diagnosed with terminal Lymphoma. We were devestated. We never thought we would be faced with this in such a young dog. It was only a few weeks after our 30 day waiting period was over and we thought Trupanion may not pay the claim. Not only did they pay 90% on most of the $1500 of bills we ran up with our primary vet, they also paid for the chemotherapy treatments, over $850, a few days later. What is a very difficult time for our family was made a little easier knowing that Trupanion was right by our side to help with the medical bills. They have no lifetime or per incident caps, you can use any vet you like and they pay based on what the vet bills you, not based on a pre-determined schedule. On top of everything else they paid both claims within a couple of days. I can't get that with my own health insurance. They have a customer for life. As a result we are going to add our cat to the policy as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants some peace of mind especially when a life threatening illness strikes. They don't cover well visits/treatments or pre-existing conditi

Thank Goodness for ASPCA Pet Insurance!
The claim was very easy on my part. Just email or easier fax my bill and the short ASPCA form. I thought it was great that ASPCA gathers the information they feel they need from my vet without me being the middleman. I could wish the process would be faster - but quality takes time! Fantastic.

ASPCA Pet Insurance Experience
My dog Bailey is a rescue dog and I adopted him after losing my Patches to Cushings disease. Her last year of life cost me 4,000 so I made the decision that if I got another pet, I would definitely take out pet insurance. Bailey has had three issues since his adoption October 2006 and ASPCA Pet Insurance has been very responsive. While the third issue is under further review, I anticipate there will not be a problem. I have shared with friends and associates that it is something to throughly consider when adopting pets.

A good value
I had Two cats both without insurance, one of them at the age of 3 developed kidney disease. It cost a lot of money to take care of him, he passed away. My vet told me that for my other cat I should get pet insurance I did, it was the best thing I could have done. I do not worry about the money when I take her to the vet. I make sure she has the best care possible.

Love this insurance!
I absolutely LOVE ASPCA pet insurance Accessing the website is as simple as 1-2-3. It is very easy to file claims (three different options) and the response time is great. You receive an e-mail advising that your claim has been received, you then receive another e-mail advising of a claim update. I am so pleased with ASPCA!

ASPCA insurance is fair-other insurance isnot'
I have been with other insurance companies=so glad my vet recommended ASPCA. They were so fair with my claims without making up their own prices. They go by what you get charged by the Dr.- after all you're not making up these charges. Hard to find any company willing to do this- in these times it seems everyone is trying to get whatever they can.

Best decision I've made concerning a pet!
When I read about it (insurance) and after spending thousands of dollars over the years on all the pets I've had (horses, dogs, cats) I decided I'd "try" the ibnsurance. It has been an excellent experience as I always seem to get a pet that has something "different" and needs medical attention.I have recommended it to several of my friends.

My first claim and service was great
When my dog hurt himself at the dog park I didn't have to worry about paying the bill or figuring out complicated insurance claims - just about his health. I contacted customer service with questions about coverage and they were very helpful. The claim process from filling out the form to receiving the check was fast and completely uncomplicated.
