Pets Best provides superior service
I purchased pet insurance about four months ago for my dog because I thought it would be a smart decision even though there was no pressing need. My dog is only a year and half old and in great shape. Through the last few months I have only filed wellness claims for annual exams and shots and the experience has made me so happy of my decision. Pets Best insurance has handled all my claims incredibly fast with no unnecessary hassle. They have continually kept me in the know about my claim through e-mail, even though my claim only took two days to process. I would recommend them for anyone who wants the peace of mind of pet insurance and wants an insurance provider that is professional, speedy, and helpful. Also, the customer service over the phone is awesome, if case anyone has questions and would like to speak to someone.

Covers more than others, but competitive price
I chose Embrace pet insurance because it covers a portion of the actual vet cost (not a standard cost that my vet always seems to exceed by a large margin) and because it offers a Wellness component and orthopedic coverage (for a large breed dog, it is essential). The purchasing process was simple and the communication in setting up my account and transferring the necesssary information was well supported by Embrace staff. The website offers a chat function that has been truly helpful to me, answering any and all questions I had in record time. My communications with staff have felt very friendly and "small business" as opposed to the feeling like an asnwering service that wanted to find ways to complicate the process or deny claims. I stangely feel like they truly care for the health of my pet. That being said, my first claim went through in just a few days. So far, everyhting with Embrace has surpassed my expectations and encouraged my future purchase of policies. Highly recommend.

Financial Relief
My yellow Lab, Max broke a molar. My vet would not do the surgery to remove it and referred me to a specialist. I didn't hesitate, knowing that I had ASPCA insurance and I had used it in the past. The specialist cost over $1,800.00 and while certain things are not covered by the insurance I had about a $500.00 out of pocket expense. This has given me peace of mind that I can take care of my dog in any situation. I would highly recommend it to a friend.

Better Safe Than Sorry
I have used my pet's health insurance just a couple of times for minor things (thank goodness), and I have found that ASPCA pet insurance claims easy to make. I like the idea that IF anything were to happen to my Labs, that I would be covered for the more expensive things.

Got me on theold "180 day clause".
Max my short haired tabby swallowed something that didn't agree with her. She spent two days at the Tufts animal hospital. She had IVs, oxygen booth and other assorted goodies. The bill ran about 1K.
I thought my wife had filed the paper work, but I found it when getting the tax stuff ready. So Isent in the paper work...They processed it very quickly and disallowed the claim because it had been longer than 180 days past the treatment date. My fault.
The good news is that after being with them for almost two years I had paid more to Pets Best than the claim. I'm leaving them and opening "Health Savings Accounts" for each of my three (two cats and a dog) animals.
Morale of the story - Check your policy's limitations. Filing deadlines are not even mentioned on most of the pet insurance sites.
More importantly - If you can leave the account alone, you might be better off with a savings account for your pets.

Great Benefits and a Fast Turnaround!
After a bad experience with another pet insurance company, I closely examined them all with a more experienced view. Embrace is the best by far! The coverage is fantastic, the cost is not oppressive (and I have three dogs!), and the fast return on claims is amazing! I am SO happy with Embrace Insurance. I highly recommend them to everyone! You won't be disappointed!

Great reimbursement and customer service
I just submitted my second claim to Embrace as 3 claims in one. I had many questions to ask and with each one the customer service rep answered my questions promptly and with courtesy and respect. It is rare to find that these days but Embrace sure does come thru with that. They also handled my claim(s) in more than a timely manner and absoulutly correctly as well. I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner looking for insurance.

Quick 'n Easy
I have used ASPCA Pet insurance for my kitten for both emergency care as well as routine preventive medical care. I have found the claim process to be well organized, efficient and easy to use. I will definitely renew it again.

what a blessing
I never considered pet insurance before but after bringing a dog with papers from out of state to Alaska, thought I would try it for the first year. Turns out we really needed when faced with $7500 worth of hip dysplasia surgeries. I didn't believe I actually got reimbursed before my credit cards were due! I have thanked my two vets for helping.
