My cat thanks me for having insurance.
My cat was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. After a short time period of medication via a pill, she became very ill and needed to be taken on New Year's Day to an Animal 911 hospital. The medication, as it turns out, was severely upsetting her GI system. The hospital bill for the overnight stay with doctor care and tests was about $800. Now on a transdermal gel application, she is doing fine. I was grateful to have the insurance, which helped very much. Payment for what was covered arrived about three weeks later.

Pets Best is THE BEST!!
We opened a policy for our cat Cleo when she was about 16 yrs old. In March 2010 when she was 17 she developed some problems...impacted feces, kidney disease. She was treated, we filed a claim and received our claim settlement soon after. Her illnesses caused her health to decline quickly in Feb. 2011 (she was 18). Again all claims settled quickly. We did have to put her to sleep 2/28 and learned they would cover some of the euthanasia/creamtion fees (after $100 deductible). I figure they paid out way more than we paid in ($21.19 a month)which is not what you would expect. The customer service staff is excellent too. If you don't have Pets Best insurance..GET IT!!

The smartest thing I have ever done.
In December 2010 my Golden (Buddy) was diagnosed with a large tumor (Sarcoma). After Surgery and a vet bill of $544.55 ASPCA Pet Insurance cut me a check for more than Half of my expenses. Almost two months later 02/19/11 (Buddy) swallowed a baby wipe that got lodged in his stomach and intestines. Less than a week after my claim ASPCA settled my claim by cutting me a check for $1500.00
Getting Pet insurance was the smartest decision I have ever made. Thanks ASPCA

Very Satisfied Customer
I purchased Trupanion insurance for my 10 month old English Setter puppy Lucy a few months ago. I picked up the flyer at our vets office, checked out their information online and signed up right away. On February 11th I took my dog Lucy to the vets and she was diagnosed with Giardiasis. The vets office faxed the $984.88 bill direct to Trupanion and on February 12th I received an e-mail from Trupanion stating that they had received our claim, they verified information and gave us a phone number if we had any questions. I was very impressed. On February 18th I received a call asking if we were going to submit any more invoices or if they could process payment to us. It took less than 17 days for Trupanion to pay the claim and for me to receive it - unbelievable! I would and have referred Trupanion as a pet insurance company and I wish I would have know about them for my previous pets.

A Huge Thank You!
Living on Social Security, it's hard to have the extra money for unplanned emergencies. Twice now, Trupanion has come thru for me and my dog, Grady. I am so grateful to my vet for recommending them when I first got my puppy and I'm eternally grateful to the crew at Trupanion for their prompt and caring response. Thank you just seem enough.

TPLO
AKC Pet Partners responed very quickly when my Australian Cattle Dog Preacher tore his ACL and required urgent TPLO surgery. I am extremely grateful for the quick and painless response since this was obviously sudden and unexpected. My only concern is learning that since one knee has now been fixed, we are facing the liklihood of his other knee going as well. AKC Pet Partners recently changed the policy and will only cover one knee. While I am very grateful, this reality is also making me concerned about my boy's future, and what we may be facing.
