We have had Embrace Pet Insurance for a couple of years and could not be happier. Customer Service is prompt and gives me clear answers and feedback - they make it easy to submit a claim and process time is very fast. Thank you for a great alternative. I’ve already referred Embrace to all of the pet owners in my office. I have had VPI for the past 8 years and was never very satisfied. My first claim with Embrace was a world of difference from my experience with VPI. All of my interaction with the Embrace team was very pleasant and the claims process was hassle free and fast!

We have had AKC coverage since we became Higgins parents 4 years ago. He has allergies and sees the vet once a month. He also gets into mischief that often requires a visit to the vet. AKC coverage has been great. Well worth the money. We purchased the coverage thinking we would use it as he got older, but our little guy had other ideas.

For most of the time, I have not paid attention to the policy at all. The coverage for routine exams is nothing spectacular, and I tended to pay for them and ignore it. However, this past autumn my cat became terribly sick. An inner ear infection migrated to the optic nerve. His right eye sank in, he stopped eating and he could not stand up. Treatment included two weeks of hospitalization with intravenous antibiotics, and ran to over $3,000. I sent in the bills just hoping to get covered for whatever I could, and was amazed to find that most of the expenses were covered. If not for Petshealth insurance, I am not sure where the money to pay for all this would have come from.

Have had this insurance for several years now and I'm very happy with their courteous cus svc reps and how they explain everything in detail, their coverage is quite good and their claims process is easy, quick & now they have direct deposit.

I purchased Healthy Paws Pet Insurance last year, thinking it would help me sleep at night, but never thinking I would actually need it. Unfortunately, this has not been the case and I have submitted several claims over the last several months. All were processed immediately and there was no "funny business". In addition, the staff have been very empathetic. I could not say enough positive things about this company and would recommend it to anyone who has a four legged family member.

my pet had eye problem,burns,and a bowel problem. these illnesses were paid within a reasonaable time ata good rate which included some of the medications. i have been more than satisfied with the insurance. i consider the insurance very superior.

The claims adjusters are very good about communicating status of a claim and explaining the settled reimbursement.
