----- Although my current claim with Embrace was refused, I believe the assessment to be fair. The customer service representatives not only demonstrate a solid knowledge of policy, but also a willingness to help and explain any/all questions. Embrace has a much more equitable definition and coverage of "pre existing" conditions and recognizes/supports the amazing benefits of alternative/holistic treatments. I honestly feel this company strives to offer the pet owner good, fair policy coverage. Thank you. I am impressed.

Amazing Customer Service...Incredible Coverage
I've had pets all my life but it wasn't until a year ago when I got a new puppy that quickly was becoming expensive with all the vet visits, that I realized pet insurance could be a good think. I did my research and decided on Embrace. I've been so pleased with not only the level of customer service but the level of "personal" customer service. My claims are addressed immediately and reimbursement quickly. The coverage is the best I found in my research. I was so happy with them that when I got my 2nd puppy, I added her to the policy as well.
Honestly, I can't say enough about Embrace, an all around great company. I've recommended them to all my pet loving friends.

Very happy with customer service & turnaround time
My first visit to the vet with my new dog resulted in returning home with several pamphlets on pet insurance. I did my homework and extensively researched each one. Embrace was by far, the best one I could find. They have not proven me wrong!! Their "claims embracer's" are outstanding. I am kept informed every step of the way regarding my claims and receive answers to my questions quickly and professionally. The turnaround time on claims is good and there is always communication from Embrace as the claims are being processed. Sadly for my dog, he has issues but I have relief knowing that Embrace is there for me. I am happy I chose them.

Amazing program and service
Once again Embrace has WOW'D me! I cannot boast enough about the company, their customer service, follow through and follow up. I market this company every chance I get to people who have pets or are thinking of it. Thank you again for taking care of our 'kids' with a white glove.

First Claim...
I processed my first claim with PetsBest,for the routine annual visit, and it was one of the most simple claims I have ever filed. The best part is that they send you an email for every step of the way. Everything they said would be covered (and the amount) was done in a matter of one week. The only downside I would have is that, if my dog stays healthy, my vet bill is cheaper than the cost of keeping the insurance.

Awesome Insurance!
I didn't even know there was such thing as pet insurance until i got my puppy. I was thought to myself "how does this work" & "is this even worth having"? After much research and weighing out the pros & cons about the different companies, I decided Pets Best insurance was the best choice. I was even more convinced after submitting my first claim that I made the BEST decision. The claim process was super easy and fast & The customer service department was FANTASTIC and extremely helpful. I was happy they paid my claim and that I'm getting money back! It pretty much paid for itself. Did I mention this company covers Wellness? Other companies don't. I love this company! Would totally recommend it!

Kudoos for Embrace!
Several years back I had insurance with VPI. They were a nightmare to deal with. I was constantly chasing after them to find out when I would be reimbursed for claims for my Golden Retriever. Maybe they have improved but no way are they Embrace!Customer service is top notch!
Email claims are a breeze and the turn around time for reimbursement is fantastic.
They follow up all along the way. They even checked back weeks later to see how my dogs were doing.
If you are looking for pet insurance you just found it!

Easy to understand, easy to use
I reviewed a number of options before we finally selected Embrace, and we couldn't be happier. The policy is easy to understand and use. We had both an injury and an illness last year. Both claims were reimbursed promptly with a minimum of paperwork. I was so happy with the illness policy, I added a wellness policy. We will definitely continue our coverage.

Very impressive company that really cares
I highly recommend Healthy Paws as a great choice for pet insurance. From the very beginning the customer service was top notch and the claim service was quick, thorough and fair. A little background - we purchased a policy when we brought our 9 week puppy home. A few weeks later, the puppy developed an infection and when we submitted the claim form and supporting documents, the claim adjuster quickly reviewed the info and even called us to tell us that she needed one additional piece of info from the vet. She said she just wanted to keep us informed. Overall, the claim form (which was scanned and emailed in) was processed in less than 2 days. Sadly, the puppy had a complication when she was to be spayed and did not survive. When I emailed Healthy Pets to cancel the policy, the company really showed how passionate they are about pets and a great amount of compassion. Not only did they send a personalized email saying how sorry they were about the loss of our puppy, they also sent a hand written note (signed by about 5 staff members) with short messages about how sorry they were. That is not something you typically see from a company. Should my family get another pet in the future, we will undoubtedly be going back to Healthy Pets.

Absolutely Horrible!!! Very Decietful!
I have had this policy for my dog for 6 months, previous to the policy he had been seen by a vet for a possible poisoning, he was dizzy and disoriented with nausea and lethargy for 2 days and no diagnosis was made. 2 weeks ago he got ill and had no nausea or vomiting and he was better within an hour but Embrace said since 2 of his symptoms were the same and 2 weren't its considered pre-existing and they won't cover anything for him now that causes any of those symptoms. They emailed me to tell me they've denied all 5 of his claims because they think he had a neurological issue prior to having insurance... funny thing is that the claims were for a hospitalization and several liver tests because that's what the vet thought his latest visit looked like. But looks like no matter what they're gonna find a way not to pay on most claims, BEWARE!!!! Customer service was rude when I asked about claims, I gave a 2 because I'm Guessing they don't post reviews with a score of 1.
