I'm very pleased with Embrace thus far. The claims have been treated fairly and quickly with courtesy. This is my first experiance with pet insurance and I pretty much went with the maximum options. We had a cat that had a rough year with an indoor accident and then cancer. We did not have pet insurance for him and certainly wish we would have. I decided with the two new cats, (all our cats have been rescue animals from the SPCA), we would have the pet insurance. I researched this subject very extensively and found Embrace to be the best with the most options and fair pricing.

The customer service and personal attention has made a world of difference in this pet insurance. We had originally signed on with VPI Pet insurance that came highly recommended. However, the difference with Embrace is that this insurance company cares! Thank you

Claims are always paid in pretty quick time!!

Our 3-year-old pitmix suffered heat stroke this summer and almost died. She spent two nights in a local emergency hospital and four nights at a veterinary teaching hospital. The cost was around $3,500 and our ASPCA insurance covered about half of that. The claims were processed promptly and we received our check within a month or so after submitting them. This was MUCH appreciated.

I can say without qualification that Pets Best Insurance has made it possible for me to provide quality veterinary care to my pets. I recommend Pets Best to everyone, particularly owners of new puppies. The claims process is amazingly easy and the reimbursements are very reasonable. I can't imagine not having Pets Best. It is some of the best pet care dollars I have ever spent.

I have 2 German Shepherds and they are both insured with Embrace. My main rerason for purchasing insurance is the peace of mind that it provides in case of a catastrophic situation where there could be a significant cost for medical care. I have had some medical issues with each of my dogs and Embrace was quick to address each and send out claim payments, generally within a couple weeks.I did quite a bit of research before I first enrolled with Embrace 5 years ago, and found them to have what I believe to be the most comprehensive and affordable coverage. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone interested in covering their pet's health.

Pets Best is by far the best pet insurance to have!! Our pets are like our childrenand we should never have to choose between our animals and our budget. For the inexpensive price for a Pets Best policy, you know your furry loved one is well protected. In today's world it is unusual to find a business or company that actually lives up to what it claims to do. Embrace is one company that does! After having my "heart dog" die several years ago from complications of surgery for pancreas issues I never wanted any more dogs. It hurt too badly to lose him and besides, giving good vet care is horribly expensive. Our dog's two surgeries and ultimate care cost us thousands of dollars. Well, as you might expect, we do have another dog, in fact we have FIVE dogs, all rescues that were abandoned, about to be euthanized and were homeless. So, in light of or previous experience, I thought I would check into pet insurance. So many pet insurance companies are awful... there are loopholes, this isn't covered, that is an exception, sometimes they are hard to figure out what is covreed and what isn't, etc. I heard countless stories of people who were very unhappy with their pet insurance and ended up dropping it. Then I found Embrace. It almost sounded too good to be true but I thought we should try them. At that point the dogs had no health issues we were dealing with but I wanted the insurance "just in case." Sure enough, out of the blue one of our shelties developed a heart issue, then a possible kidney issue. We needed a vet cardiologist, special tests, echo grams, ongoing follow up care, etc. Each time, Embrace covered the cost (minus my selected deductible amount) with no haggling, no confusion. Fast, pleasant, easy.
