I was told, that my First Claim, would take two to three months. It took 5 to 6 , for Cystitis. I read online that is "normal" for a Male Kit Cat, to have. Bubs, specifically.

Easy claims process, fair decisions and clearly documented information about coverage eligibility. Occasionally it can take a bit longer to get escalated responses/troubleshooting done, but staff is helpful and does get everything addressed eventually. I have worked with other pet insurance companies previously and even with the occasional delay in response time Trupanion is light years ahead in ease of use, clarity of policies and timely reimbursement.
