Great Service
My dog Coco had a few medical procedures due to an ear hematoma. This was the first time I have ever needed to submit an insurance claim. The ASPCA Pet Insurance representatives were helpful in guiding me step by step on the claim process. It was easy and with no hassles. Thank you.

Love the Wellness Plan
I recommend the Wellness Plan, especially for puppies. Unlike other insurers that only pay a portion of puppy type procedures (neutering, micro-chipping, vaccinations, heartworm plus heartworm pills), Embrace pays the total amount. You will receive a discount if you pay for a year up front, making your cost for $400 worth of coverage about $300. Add up all the puppy type expenses and you will probably spend the entire $400. Use the $100 you saved to help pay for the sickness and accident portion of the premium.
Embrace will automatically apply 5% discounts to the sickness and accident premium for both neuter/spay procedures and micro-chipping, once the procedures are done.

Love Trupanion!
We signed up with Trupanion a few days after we brought our puppy home. A friend of ours has had a dog with numberous health issues and recommended getting insurance right away, as it would have saved her a significant amount of money. Our puppy has proved to be a typical puppy getting into trouble when he can and we've had a few visits to the ER. In both cases Trupanion covered 90% of our costs. It has more than paid for itself and we are so thankful to have it. I still think Trupanion is the best option out there, although I have no personal experience with the others. No reason for me to even consider switching, Trupanion has been amazing!

Nothing bad to say
It took a little longer than I had anticipated to receive reimbursement but, all in all, it was not a terribly long wait period.

Update!
I thought I would update since we have been with Embrace for the a year and a half now and have had a chance to actually utilize Embrace's insurance claim services.
Customer Service is always accessible and responsive to inquiries. They will send you a notification upon receipt of claims and give you an estimate of how long it will take to process. And claims are paid very timely. The option to have it directly deposited into your bank acct is wonderful. Luckily, our Newf has been very healthy so we had only had sickness/incident file claims a few times.
We have the additional Wellness Add On Benefit. Just her yearly checkup and heartworm preventative always exceeds the yearly premium paid out, and we always see full return on it -- so it is definitely a plus to have the additional coverage.
I'd definitely recommend Embrace to anyone looking for health insurance coverage for their furbabies.

Very quick response time
It is very easy to submit insurance claims to this pet insurance company. I get very quick responses to my claims. Good value for the money, even in New York where veterinary bills are very high.

Greyhound emergency
I own greyhounds, 1 AKC Italian and 1 AKC Standard.I have been in dogs professionally for 35 years. I choose greyhounds to fancy partly because there are fewer health problems associated with the breed. Recently my big guy went to the vet for a intestinal blockage, I am fully aware of bloat in large deep chested breeds, but this was different and luckily the blockage disappeared. Not before many costly X-rays and late night weekend care. I chose ASPCA because they pay. While I do not agree with some of the organizations stands, I do know the level 3 coverage pays, is easy to file and I believe fair.
