Awesome Company
I have both the wellness insurance and accident insurance. The Wellness insurance is a no brainer. I pay $149.00 a year and they reimburse me $200.00. Sounds too good to be true, but it's not. I just had my Dog in for his yearly. It cost me $232.00 and embrace sent me a check for $200.00.

Basically the best pet insurance I know off. Coworkers have other insurance companies, and none come close to the ease and efficency of Embrace. Thanks again, and I am glad I did my research and found this company.

Very helpful insurance
Our dog is under 2 years old, and had a fairly significant problem with his liver. After treatment in which he recovered, I submitted an insurance claim. We were contacted within a day, and kept in contact with us throughout the process. It is well worth the premiums, as visits to the vet can get very expensive, and we have piece of mind knowing he is covered by an insurance policy.

My husbandhub said why waste your money
First trip to ER for rat posion which met our deductible of $200. Then the $1600 blockage surgery to get the junk out of her gut was amazing. After the preimum for 2 years and deductible I am $300 to the good Now my husband was glad I got a $1289 check in the mail today. Thanks Embrace?

LOVE Embrace, what would I do without you!
LOVE this company!! I should work for them, God knows I've told so many pet owners about Embrace. Last year, one of my dogs had a stroke, which was over 3 grand to diagnose and monitor. Last month, she had to have surgery on a leg, to repair muscle damage. Again, Embrace has come through for us. Both times I've used Embrace were for very expensive ER visits. What would we have done without Embrace?! I've had people tell me that they didn't think they could afford to insure their dog. How can you afford NOT to?? Especially in these economic times. Everyone is making less money, but vet costs sure aren't going down! I'm so thankful for Embrace! Nice folks to work with, awesome customer service and good turn-around time for claims. What more could you ask for?

Outstanding Customer Service and Support
I was very impressed with how Embrace responded to my claim promptly and fully, and supported our family throughout the process. My dog suffered through gastrointestinal distress and it took weeks and several visits to our vet and the veterinary hospital before he was able to be correctly diagnosed as having ingested a foreign object which had to be surgically removed. Not only did Embrace cover more of the expenses required to get him well than I expected, but they even made sure to check on his recovery and condition afterwards. I would highly recommend Embrace to anyone looking to insure their pet's health.

Lifesaver
My big boy, Clarence, is a 165 lb. Irish Wolfhound. Several years ago I had outrageous medical expenses ($6200 and no insurance)for a 10 lb. kitty so I thought I had better purchase insurance for my big guy. Being a paralegal, I read through the details of every insurance company out there and was amazed at all the little "exceptions" that were hidden in the policies. Embrace was the only one where I felt it was very straightforward as to what it would cover. I was somewhat skeptical until I had some actual claims. Recently, my big boy had to have surgery which was thousands of dollars. After processing the claim in a very timely fashion, Embrace paid exactly what I expected. No exceptions, arguments, issues.... I could not be happier with my choice. I am strongly recommending to all my friends and family.

So far so good
I have had Embrace for 1 year so far. We submitted our first claim last month for a stomach illness. The process seemed very easy, and we received notification on our reimbursement within 2.5 weeks (seems to be a good turn time). The customer service has always been prompt at responding to inquiries, friendly and professional.

Responsive, quick, helpful!
We have had coverage on 2 dogs, with excellent service both times. While I'd like to see a bit more latitude with so-called "pre-existing" conditions, we have been very satisfied with the service and the level of claims awarded for all but one condition: in both cases, we adopted older spayed females; when they had indoor accidents, after having been in a shelter for some time, we suspected bladder infections, so we took them to the vet. Knowing the discomfort that can accompany a bladder infection, we didn't want to wait until the health insurance was in effect. In both cases, the problem turned out to be an incontinence issue--which is chronic and requires lifetime meds, rather than a bladder infection which is a one-time medication event. So in both cases, the medication is not covered. This seems unfair: I can't see waiting a month for insurance to take effect before taking an animal for treatment if it's in pain or if neglecting the condition can lead to something worse, such as a kidney infection. My understanding, however, is that all companies have the pre-existing condition issue, so Embrace is probably no worse on that score. Other than that, we've been very satisfied.
