Finally, pet insurance worth getting!
I'll admit that I was skeptical about pet insurance in general, believing that one will pay far more in premiums than could ever getting back in reimbursements. I used to work in a veterinarian office and even told clients it was not worth it. Who knew that only 8 years later I would find Embrace.I am so greatful for the comprehensive coverage for my three "fur-kids". I took all three of them in for annual exams, labs, fecals. This was reimbursed at 100% with no waiting period. Then I scheduled my eldest for her dental -this was also covered up to the maximum benefit under the plan. The claim was faxed by my vet office and I recieved a confirmation e-mail from Embrace in 24 hours. All claims have been reimbursed in 2 weeks. I couldn't be happier.
I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the complete coverage available, and peace of mind knowing that my dogs will have insurance coverage in case of illness or emergency. I just wish I had this coverage for my last best friend - his vet bills exceeded $15,000.00 in the 4 years that we had him.
So, kudos to Embrace. Keep up the great service, and thank you. I have given positive feedback to the staff at my animal hospital - they too wanted to know if there was any pet insurance worth getting...the answer is yes!

Paws down the best pet insurance company
I have had Embrace pet insurance for the last 4 years. It is by far the friendliest, easiest and quickest paying company out there. Communication is quick and friendly. I went 3 years without a claim and this year has definitely made up for it. My German Shepherd had a major infection which ended up needing surgery. Every bill (minus my copay and deductable) was reimbursed. There were no payment schedules or nitpicking involved. I love this company and highly recommend it.

Great
For only $40 a month I have my 2 puppies, Guppy and Ishbu covered and Guppy was treated for what turned out to be a virus. The bill was over $960.00 and within a week of filing a claim (which is very easy to do) I recieved a check. Without this great insurance I wouldn't be able to afford the care my dogs deserve and need. It's so nice to not have to worry about any emergency pet bills, I know my insurance will be there. I've had it for less than a year and it has already paid off greatly.

The Summer of Cheetgrass
Our sweet, almost 3 year old Welsh Springer Spaniel, Lucy, has had a tough summer with enbedded cheetgrass in her feet and deep in her ears on several occasions. On vacation, we had to see 2 different vets in Nebraska and in Montana and follow up with our vet when we returned home. With a total of 5 vet visits, which included sedation twice to retrieve grass from her ear canal. I was extremely pleased with how quickly our claims were handled and issuances of checks. This is my first experience with pet insurance and I highly recommend this company. The staff kept us updated on the claims, and I appreciated the personal notes from them - not just a form email.

Thank you Healthy Paws, You're a Terrific Company
Three weeks ago my wonderful Havanese, Havey, suddenly seemed criticially ill. Havey is an 11 year old Therapy dog and has brought much happiness and joy to others. I immediately brought him to the animal hospital and after x-rays, blood work and ultrasound it was discovered that he had a ruptured gall bladder. A ruptured gall bladder is life threatening;bile was pouring into his system. Emergency surgery was done to remove his gall bladder and part of his liver and to clean out the area since he had peritonitis.
The surgeon told me that this was one of the most dangerous types of surgery since 30 to 50 percent of dogs die from complications in the first week after surgery.
Therefore I wanted to make sure Havey had the best care available to optimize his odds.
Havey remained in CCU [intensive care] for 5 days after surgery hooked up to various medications and nourishment and had a stomach drain tube and bag. He had constant round the clock care.I actually was afraid to know what the cost of his care was.
I am so thankful to Healthy Paws. Having one of their top of the line plans took away the financial stress. My invoice amount was $5596.62. Havey's surgery was less than 3 weeks ago and I have already received a check for $4781.66 from them. It seemed to take them onlyabout a week after receiving my claim to process the reimbursement. They have also called a few times to ask how Havey is. They provided me not only with their quick and generous reimbu

Every family member needs health insurance
Our two year old Golden Retriever, Cara, suddenly became listless, lost her appetite, and ran a high fever while we were visiting relatives over a weekend. A recommended emergency veterinary hospital diagnosed pnumonia. She needed xrays, IV's, antibiotics, and round the clock care for three days before she was well enough to travel home with us. The bills were over $1,400. We felt so grateful that ASPCA Pet Insurance was in place to turn this stressful experience into something we could all easily put behind us. Sign your pet up now before illness or accident strikes.

Fantastic customer service!
Over the course of a few months our puppy had a couple of minor illnesses (ear infection, diarrhea), & then she broke her toe, and had an allergic reaction to a bee sting. I first submitted a claim for the broken toe, & Healthy Paws recommended I submit claims for the previous illnesses. Healthy Paws has been fantastic. I received emails confirming each claim the same day they were sent in, and received another email when the claim was processed and the check was on its way. In all, I think we had 5 or 6 claims over a couple of months, and we received reimbursement checks less than 1 week after submitting each claim. And the customer service has been wonderful - warm, caring, and considerate.

Quick, Easy and Reliable
We have had three surgeries with two animals since April 2011. One of our dogs does not have insurance. We were definitely pleased because we did not anticipate all the medical problems that has risen since we saved these dogs last year. This was our second claim for ACL rupture and it was simple and easy to file with. After about 7 to 10 days we received our checks and she is doing fine now. Thanks for everything. A+++++
