Embrace Pet Insurance has stood by me with my dog, Alex, and my cat, Suki. They have always been compassionate and caring in helping me with my medical bills, explanation of coverages, and providing quick reimbursement of charges. They take it a step further in truly caring for you and your pet...even asking me for a photo of my two pets. If other firms were as excellent as this firm, the world would be a much better place.

Our 8 month old puppy sustained a broken toe and then lots of bad pressure sores from the casting. Over the course of 2 months, we had around 12 claims to submit for the various appointments. It became very frustrating when claims were faxed 2 and 3 times and were still not received by Embrace. Once they were finally received, the processing was quick and efficient. Embrace needs to work on establishing a more effective system of receiving claims and notifying of receipt immediately. We were thrilled all of our claims were approved and this injury to our pup has been covered!

I am very pleased with the recent processing of my claim. I submitted all of the invoices at one time under one claim. They covered invoices from 3 different doctors and/or hospitals plus medications from a local Costco. Pets Best sorted it all out and funded the claims as if they had been submitted individually. Pets Best covered a full 80% of the cost including the medications. They performed per their advertisement as when I initially purchased the Pets Best Insurance [Pets First Plan]. Prior to signing on with Pets Best my dogs, 3 or 4 of them over the past 10-12 years were insured with another company that advertised a pay out of 75%. When Dakota had lung torsion at age 4 the claim was several thousand dollars and the insurance only covered approximately 25% of the total claim. Thanks Pets Best. Knowing english bulldogs can have a lot of healt problems, we continued with this policy. They have always paid out claims and paid them fast. And at 90%! Way better then a schedule of benefits. However, a few months ago, we received notice that the rate was going up. In order to keep the same rate, we needed to raise our deductible to $500. We shopped around and found what we thought was a great plan at a better price. Turned out to be a bad plan at a good price. So we kept our policy with Trupanion!

I have had my boy Bocce for two years. I have had other pets before, but have never had pet insurance. When I purchased the insurance, I had hoped that I would never have to use it, just a way to have peace of mind. However, Bocce has had numerous medical issues related to a defficient immune system. The latest issue is inflammatory bowel disease. Bocce is a large bullmastiff, so his medical bills tend to be higher than a small dog. Each time I file a claim, I am hesitant because I don't think it will be covered. I have never been disappointed. I am mindful of what I turn in, and much of the expense I incurr on my own. I always think "they are going to turn me away." The people at ASPCA truly care about pets! This coverage has allowed me to keep my pet, and to keep him healthy. He is my family, and here at ASPCA, he is treated that way. I don't even want to think about how I would have been able to provide my boy the care he needs without you. THANK YOU ASPCA!

I have had pet insurance before, but decided to try Pets Best. They customer service was excellent, they walked me over all the steps on the phone and even emailed me my claim form with most of the info filled out. I adopted a Standard Poodle from a shelter, and I have had to use the insurance to cover a thyroid issue and an infection issue, both costly and the insurance helped me immensely. I would recommend Pets Best to a friend!

We only have been enrolled in the plan for a few months when Molly blew out her right rear knee. Knee surgery and our claim was paid promptly following their review of the claim. I am very pleased. Thank

I know that many people may think that nothing bad will happen to their pet, but any thing can happen at any time, especially when you are least prepared. I am a veterinary technician and the moment i brough home my kitten I knew that I would sign up for pet insurance, which one I was not sure. After long consideration over many different pet insurances, I decided on Embrace Pet Insurance. They offer the best coverage as well as wellness rewards, which allows you to do annual/wellness like things for your pet you normaly would pay out of pocket. I have had my pet insurance for a year now, and have only used it for wellness, thankfully I have not experienced any emergencies. But I know that it is better to be prepared. I love my furry little guy and he deserves to receive the best medical care for any reason. If you are a pet owner, new or seasoned, you really need to consider investing in pet insurance.

Healthy Paws has been amazing from the beginning! We took out insurance last fall, and in January our dog Mika suffered knee injury. We met most of our deductible in one visit to the vet. The paperwork has been minimal, and since meeting our deductible we are reimbursed at 90% (the level we chose )of the actual invoice from the vet--this includes physical therapy, Rx drugs and supplements! Once the claim is submitted by the vet I get an email to let me know it is being processed, another to tell me it is complete and a check is on the way. I get my reimbursement in just a few days. And that is just the money part--These people actually take a personal interest in what is going on with your pet and their organization makes significant contributions to animal welfare and rescue groups! I would recommend these people to anyone!! The coverage is affordable and comprehensive. I did a lot of research before I chose a plan and I am delighted with my choice.
