Not flexible for customers.Claims process stinks. They do not accept electronic signatures. You have to print out forms, fill them out and scan them to send back.Getting rid of them. Not much value. $42 a month.

My dogs have been insured by Embrace for about four years now. About six months ago Peggy, my older dog, was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease. She's responding great to the treatment, and I am SO grateful to Embrace for making it so easy for me to get her the care she needs. this is the best pet insurance i have had. i lost my 2nd peke 09-10 due to a 1 year battle with congestive heart failure and the insurance i had on her didn't cover like this one does.i am very happy with the insurance i have on betty and would recomend it to any pet owner.

Ginger was bit by some sort of bug, all night she was not her self took her to her vet. the next morning and was hit with a 200.00 bill sent it over to Pet Insurance and with in 2 weeks I got a check back for 145.00 AMAZING INSURANCE peace of mind

After adding Casey to our family; I wanted to make sure that his health was taken care of as had it been with our other animals. I don't know why I had this feeling, but had an inclination that taking out health insurance was something which I should do. My husband felt it a waste of money. After Casey was approx. 2 months old I realized that his breathing and overal energy level was not right. Immediately took him to our vet; he was dx. with Congestive Heart Failure and Pleural Effusion. Difficult dx. to accept but with Pets Best we knew that all could be done for him that was possible. He is doing ok for now but realize that he won't live the life he deserves. Pets Best has been the greatest. He was immediately placed on cardiac meds and given approximately 6 mos. I don't have to tell you how horrible that was to hear. However, he has tolerated the meds well and is now 2 1/2 years old. We love him and cherish everyday. Pets Best has allowed us to be relieved of some of the stress of financial issues.

We have had a tough time with them - fighting for claims etc. And now they are increasing our rate by 65%. They say they can't help it, but I have never heard of insurance going up that much in one year. And our dog is only one year old. The reason I am on this site is to try and find a better company.

I have a Yorkie and purchased Pet Embrace for her almost as soon as she came to live with us. When she was a puppy and I a new pet parent we had several incidents where she was into things that would make her sick. She picked up a leaf from a plant to have us chase her not knowing it would make her very sick. We rushed her to our vet and had her feeling better in no time and Pet Embrace was there for us. Another time she was very ill vomiting and had an emergency trip to vet on a sunday and Pet Embrace took care of our claim promptly. This is a great company and I really wish my insurance company for me was this good.
