Trupanion, as quoted when we signed up, covered $1400.00 of a $1700.00 bill. The entire process took less than three weeks. We are so glad we have this policy. Effortless and comforting to ave . I would highly recommend this company. We were referred by the office staff at the vet. They started the enrollment procedure for us, very easy as promised!!

I submitted the proper paperwork and was notified promptly that the claim was under review. Once approved, the check arrived in two days. I wish we had this for our first dog. While shocked by the hospital bill, I was so relieved that we had purchased this insurance.

While we were quickly reimbursed for our initial claims...I was surprised that they separated the diagnoses and prorated the deductible on each. I am surprised and disappointed that they do not cover diagnostic exams and preventive health. It would seem that they suffer form the same malaise as does human health...they pay for illness not wellness. the verdict remains out for me until I see how they handle the second leh of our 11mo old pup with luxating patella knee surgery. Since it was diagnosed at the same time, my sense is that the deductible is paid! We'll see.

We had a cat that became sick when he was 4 and the medical bills over the next 10 years was alot. We wished we had pet insurance then. So when we decided to add to our family again we didn't think twice about it this time especially with 2 brothers who play hard everyday. It is great knowing that if something should happen we will have help with the bills. I researched different companies but found that ASPCA had the best plans for the price along with a good reputation. Just for wellness care so far in their 1 1/2 of life it still makes a difference.

Overall my husband and I have been very happy with our coverage at Embrace. Our cat developed feline asthma four months after we purchased coverage. They have covered him without hesitation and we really appreciate it. If you are looking for insurance (and I recommend you get it) this is the place to come.

We are totally happy with the fast and efficient service we have received. Submit claims by email; receive email the next day confirming receipt of the claim. Every time our claims (mostly wellness) have been processed and the check arrives quickly. Had other coverage before switching to Embrace and they were never this fast. Very nice people to deal with!

Thank goodness our vet visits slowed down a little this year. Our lab, Augie, was diagnosed with discoid lupus (an autoimmune disease that affects his nose only) and has seen the dermatologist more often than I have. The condition is under control now and our vet visits less frequent. Embrace insurance has been the best. I wish our health insurance was as good. We own a dog grooming business in Florida and recommend Embrace to all of our customers with dogs under 3 years of age.
