My dog Sophie recently had surgery for a congenial disease in her hip. Her surgery was going to cost me $2600, but with Trupanions help I and only paying $200. Trupanion was very helpful with any questions I had about her coverage. The first time I spoke with a representative from Trupanion they were able to tell me what kind of coverage was best for my dog's breed and what congenial diseases I should cover just incase. Thanks to the background information the representative was able to give me about my dog, she was able to get the surgery she needed to make her better!I recommend Trupanion to anyone with pets they love, Trupainon shows true support and really cares.

Trupanion was amazing handling my puppies medical bills. I loved the face they would email me once they got the bill and then email me again letting me know everything was approved and they were mailing me the chq. Unfortunatily my puppy did not survive and passed away due to a narrow trachea. Only had him in my life for 3 weeks. they were the most amazing 3 weeks of my life with this little guy. Trupanion you were amazing and when the time is right and i get myself another puppy i will be getting my pet insurance from you!!!! thanks for the great survice!!!

The claim was approved and I received a check in the mail within one week. Trupanion has a great plan and customer service. I have made several claims for my bulldog for the past year and all but 1 were denied. I find the policy very misleading and woulds not recommend spending the money each month when claims either get denied or you haven't met the deductable.

Luckily they were able to treat him and I had no concern about the cost of care and treatment because of Trupanion. I wish our health insurance was as good as our pets' insurance! More importantly, I wish the staff were as friendly, helpful and honest as Pets Best. Our American Bulldog injured his ACL and required TPLO surgery. At the same time, I injured my shoulder and required surgery. The only vet who could do Tank's surgery was over an hour one way from me. We both required rehab. I can assure you that the Pets Best process was far superior in every way to my health insurance. They were friendly and helpful on the phone and paid unbelievably quick. I'm a customer for life! I've gotten 2 of my friends to sign up!
