Thankful for ASPCA Pet Insurance

Our bulldog is the most adorable and sweet companion one could ever ask for. However, she has dealt with a lot in her young life thus far. Eye infections and surgery, tummy troubles, an ear abcess and more. Vet bills can be outrageous. Our insurance is fair, prompt in payment, and the written and verbal correspondence with the program have all left us feeling like they really care and are there for our beloved dog.

Worry free excellent service!

I've had numerous claims over the past couple of years and have had nothing but phenomenal service. They are quick to respond both in acknowledging the receipt of the claim, the fact that its in process and informing me that the claim has been processed and when to expect payment. Now if only they could train insurance companies for people their customer service techniques!

So glad I signed up!

I have two dogs, a Sheltie and a Shih Tzu mix, on the plan and it's such an easy plan to submit claims to. I also have another Sheltie, who was diagnosed with lymphoma 6 yrs. ago - she's in remission, thank goodness. We also had a Sheltie who passed two years ago from bladder cancer. So I know firsthand of the enormous expense involved in keeping these family members healthy. I've recommended ASPCA Pet Insurance to friends and family members. I can truly say, it's well worth it!

Internal foreign object and surgery covered!

Purchasing Embrace pet insurance was the best decision we could have made! In 2010, we lost two senior dogs to serious illnesses and incurred many thousands of dollars of veterinarian bills during their last days. When we rescued a young dog last year, we wondered if it made any sense to get health insurance for him. Well, during this second year that we have our 2 1/2 year old dog, he has had a bad time caused by what is thought to be an inhaled foxtail that could have killed him. The treatments and surgery have cost almost $4,000. Embrace has covered exactly as they represented, and we are so happy we made the decision to buy insurance. I am recommending Embrace to all of my pet loving friends!

Dont Bother!

After having the insurance for months, it came down to see if the insurance actually works. So I did the proper procedures and waited to see how the claim would turn out. Go figure it came out I paid 100% of the Vet bill ,and they paid 0%. Not worth waisting your money save it ,and don't feed their pockets.

Service head and shoulders above the competition

Having tried a number of other companies, with poor service results by any measure, we were referred to Embrace. Their policy options allowed selection to meet our needs, and it just got better. Beginning with the first claim, and for all subsequent claims, the response was prompt, any questions and necessary clarifications were handled quickly, and payment was delivered when promised. This was our first experience with a company committed to service and the well-being of our dogs (all 5 of them). We were so impressed that we established a link from our web-site as our sincere effort at promoting this great company.

Healthy Paws IS THE BEST!!!

I don't usually send emails like this, but healthy paws service has been so outstanding I had to let everyone know! As you know, pets are like extended family members just with 4 legs and Sarge is no different to me. He is the most sweet loving puppy, and the poor guy for being only 8 months old has had his fair share of problems. Beings this is my first dog, I didn't know what to expect from a pet insurance provider. Let me tell you, ANY expectations I had Healthy Paws FAR exceeded!!! I have had enough stress worrying about the well being of Sarge and they have made one thing MUCH less stressful forme. To anyone looking for health insurance for there pet, LOOK no further. They are cost effective, super courteous, and FAST! What more could one ask for? A+ from me and my pup Sarge! :0)

Great, efficient, speedy, best insurance company!

My 6 month male Golden Retriever has Osteochrondrosis, as well as panosteitis. My vet said they may not pay it out because it is a genetic condition and happens very frequently in larger breed dogs it's very common. But they paid it out no issues at all. He is healthy otherwise. I am so impressed with Healthy Paws, even my vet was impressed and he is going to call and get some brochures for his office. My vet even said this is the best pet insurance company he has seen.

Healthy Paws comes through again

To be fair, I'll mention up front that I have already given Healthy Paws a rave review, but I recently had another claim and think it warrants a second. My little knucklehead, a French Bulldog named Remy, didn’t notice that the sliding glass door was closed and ran into it full tilt. He seemed a little bit dazed at first but we later found that he’d compressed two discs, rupturing one, and needed back surgery. Not only were we very stressed out about our dog being in pain and having to go through so much, but the financial impact was significant. Once again Healthy Paws took care of us. Our reimbursement was lightning fast and exactly what we expected. There isn’t one person I dealt with that didn’t ask how Remy was doing. It’s obvious these people are animal lovers.
