This is my third year with Embrace and everything from the first enrollment form to this recent Wellness claim has been easy! When I needed to speak to a live person, they have always been friendly and helpful. Submitting claims by PDF/ email attachment is convenient and quick. The direct deposit for the claim reimbursement saves time and avoids running to the bank. I have two dogs insured and would not change it for anything!!

Pets Best Insurance was the only pet insurance that would take my dog at 10 years old. Everyone else turned us down even though the dog had no serious chronic health problems at the time. Pets Best has help us with our dog Kacie for five years. Kacie was put to rest on 10/1/11, but being the animal lover that I am I know I will get another dog when the time is right and Pets Best Insurance will be the first call I make. Thanks for everything.

I am so grateful to Pets Best Insurance. I insured my Golden Retriever Barney when he was 13.5 years old – my vet could not believe that an insurance company would even accept a pet at this advanced age! Five months later Barney was diagnosed with melanoma, & the vet bills have been substantial (we live in NY where the cost of everything is astronomical!) Pets Best Insurance has fully covered 80% of Barney’s vet invoices, & this has alleviated the financial strain of his illness. I am also delighted to say that Barney is doing very well & is enjoying his doggie life! When the time comes to get a new pup, I plan to insure him immediately with Pets Best. Peace of mind, as they say, really is priceless. I am so impressed with this company that I requested their brochures to give to all of my doggie clients as well as to Barney’s many vets. I have had a wonderful experience with Trupanion thusfar.

I have had Pets Best for several years and the process is very easy. I am reimbursed within a week to 2 weeks and it is always correct. The Customer Service is always responsive; there is never a wait to get help. I think they're great.

I have had pet insurance on my american bulldog Bandit for 2 yrs unfortunately he developed cancer in his testicles and had to have them removed. I wish i would have had pet insurance on my other american bulldog who was diagnosed with a brain tumor which cost me about $7,ooo.00 to try to cure. Unfortunate he was diagnosed to late and I had to put him down. MAYBE with earlier diagmostics he would lived longer then 6 years old. I now think that all animals with the food that they eat are now prone to human health problems. pets have been domesticated for centuries, only since the 1930's when the FDA originated and the food was not allowed for human consumption was it made into dog and cat food. I am up in age now and Bandit is like another son and he depends on me to protect and take care of him. Thank You.

I extremely unhappy with the service provided by Embrace. At their advisement, we had the vet provide an orthopedic exam for our puppy which was not required to ensure that should our puppy break a leg or something in the upcoming 6 months, it would be covered. After making a note on the exam, Embrace felt it incumbent upon them to deny a string of "potential" issues that, as expressed by our vet, were unrelated. Making things even worse, when inquiring with "Claims Embracer", she acknowledged that had we not done the suggested exam and been less responsible puppy parents, our puppy would have likely been covered. When attempting to address this concern, she sidestepped the issue and effectively told me (not in so many words) that they would be happy to continue taking my money even though they wouldn't be willing to provide coverage. To be fair, I like this company on paper. They provide rates that appear competitive and they offer policy options that are flexible to most needs. My experience with them however, told another story.

We have healthy paws for our 7mth old French bulldog. He ended up getting a skin infection that he needed 4 treatments for. We claimed the treatments with healthy paws and almost exactly a week after our vet sent in the claim forms there was a check waiting in our mailbox for the exact amount they said they would repay under our 90% reimbursement level. They even checked up on our little guy after he was done treatment to make sure that everything was ok. They have been a wonderful insurance company for us and I would recommend it to anyone looking to make sure their pets stay healthy.

The policies at Pets Best Insurance are fair,the personnelreview claims immediately upon submission, and the Company pays the amount due the provider or pet owner promptly. Having the ability to pay the veterinarian directly is definitely a plus.
