I'm Glad I Chose Embrace
When a new kitten entered our lives it was time to consider insurance. I reviewed several, and chose Embrace because it offered the most for the least, and in these days of recession, that's important! So far my claims for wellness have been acted on promptly and I have been amazed at how quickly reimbursement is deposited into my account. I would recommend Embrace to any friend.

Don't waste your money
Our Golden Retriever pup (purchased through a breeder) was the unfortunate recipient of several unknown genetic orthopedic problems within his first 8 months. Our claims were denied over and over again because his conditions were considered pre-existing since they were genetic. The xrays weren't even covered! It seems as though the only thing covered are injuries resulting from accidents.

Protection for our beloved Cats
ASPCA Pet Insurance provides the financial coverage in case of a large unforeseen vet bill. We love our two tuxedo cats and will do anything we can to provide for their healthcare. The insurance helps on financial coverage, and provides peace of mind. Thank you!

Claims very easy to complete
Everything about ASPCA Pet Insurance has been very easy to do. The claims for our dogs illness were easy to file and it didn't take long to hear about the settlement. Our dog is very important to us and it means a lot to have the peace of mind.

Great response
This was my first experience with pet insurance. At first I was hesitant to purchase thinking was it worth the cost in the long run. I'm glad I did. Their response was prompt with a month turnaround time.

Thoroughly impressed!
I am thoroughly impressed with Embrace! A couple of months ago, we got the $10k annual ($50k lifetime) coverage, with a $200 annual deductible and 20% co-payment, and the optional prescription coverage, for our then-just-under-1-year-old Boxer. We mainly chose Embrace because they cover the cost of the office visit and they don't use a scheduled plan. Immediately, I was impressed with the customer service communications from Embrace, just in setting up the paperwork. Then, a few weeks ago, we submitted our first claim. Again, the customer service was amazing. Upon receiving our claim (which we were able to e-mail to them as a PDF scanned on our printer -- so easy!), they e-mailed us to say they'd have a response in 2 weeks. In 2 weeks, to the exact day, they emailed to apologize for taking so long, explaining that they were switching over to a new computer system and that it would be 1 more week. I was very impressed that they even bothered to keep me in the loop! The other day, I got the refund. The attached Explanation of Benefits was clear and easy to follow. The refund was exactly what we were expecting, which is to say, awesome. For us, it made sense to get pet insurance, and I'm very glad we chose Embrace.

Efficient, Friendly and Trustworthy
I have never had pet insurance before but, after seeing various friends and family members run into the ground with piles of bills, thought it would be wise. Embrace was the first one I heard about and, when I called, they seemed friendly enough so I signed up without having done much research.
Recently, we had a scare with my young cat that ended up costing nearly $2,000. We dropped off our cat at the vet Friday morning and I immediately called Embrace to verify our coverage and its terms. They could not have been more sympathetic, caring and clear. I still can't believe how terrific their coverage is - 90% is terrific. Thanks to these clarifications we were comfortable with leaving our cat overnight, visiting hospitals all weekend, running tests, all costly outlays but necessary. By the following Tuesday he was better, thanks to the terrific medical care we were able to afford with Embrace's assurance.
Post-treatment proved to be, if possible, even easier. Representatives phoned and emailed me to check on our cat (though it wasn't harassing in any way) and followed up with the vets/animal hospitals on our behalf so we could calm our nerves a bit. A couple of weeks later the checks arrived in the mail and voila!
I've had immense trouble with my own health insurance so I'm thrilled that it is possible for an insurance company to be pro-active, helpful and caring and Embrace possesses all of those qualities and many more. (So, cats not only get to live the easiest,
