This is one of the best pet insurance companies that I have seen. They actually care about your pets. My only problem is the rising premiums that you pay as your pets get older.

it took a bit longer than told to review my claim and get reimbursed, and there were too many emails saying I was in the queue for my claim to be reviewed. Faster services (less than 1 month) would have been a better first experience, overall though am glad to have insurance

I've filed multiple claims within the first few months and have always received prompt processing. In the most recent case, the claim was mistakenly filed as a consolidated 'Wellness' when it actually should have been separate 'Wellness' and 'Accident/Injury'. The mistake was a simple misunderstanding between myself & the vet. Regardless, Embrace heard the situation out, promptly guided me through the correction process, and it was resolved within about a week.

I so appreciate being able to easily access a real human on the other end of the phone who is clam, happy to assist, informed, patient, and actually helpful! The attention to the customer and the reliability of Embrace's word makes this company one with high integrity, a distinct rarity in today's world.

Not only did they expedite our claim in a very reasonable amount of time, they also went above and beyond my expectations and helped us with getting some of the forms filled out by the vet hospital. I've not experienced that kind of help and service from an insurance company before. If that's not enough, there is no doubt in my mind they actually cared about our little girl. There were constant questions about how she was healing, etc. In my opinion, the questions came from sincere concern. I am so glad I had insurance when I needed it the most. Based on this, my first experience, I'd have to say if you own a dog then the insurance is a must. I recommend Trupanion to anyone.

I've had Pet's Best for 5 years spaning 3 different dogs and I am completely satisfied with the coverage.

I find the ASPCA to be good insurance. They usually follow up from the time a claim is submitted within 4-5 weeks. It is a bit costly but they cover a lot.

This was my first experience with pet insurance, other than insurance for my show horses, which never covered anything and were a waste of money. I was skeptical about purchasing a policy, but our dog breeder recommended Embrace. Our intent in purchasing the insurance was to cover surgery as our breed of dog is notorious for eating inappropriate things. Sadly, our beautiful dog developed a fatal cancer at a young age and we ended up filing claims related to this condition, which would have been excluded by many other insurers. We were very pleased to have been reimbursed fairly for the many expenses we incurred as a result of our dog's disease. Highly recommend Embrace, and we will purchase it again in the future.

Every time I call ASPCA not only do they answer the phone, but they are very helpful. They always take the time to answer my questions. As far as my pet goes? She loves ASPCA! She is so happy that they help her mom pay her doctor bills. The insurance is a very good deal especially when you dog gets older and needs more care.
