Easiest claims submission portal and processing with friendly staff and rapid response!
We recently submitted a bulk of claims for our pets. My procrastination for submitting them was mostly because the last time I submitted claims it seemed a bit cumbersome. But, I sat down this past weekend and went to the Healthy Paws web portal where I noticed the process appeared very streamlined. I scanned in all of our receipts and sent them off as claims. I was fully prepared to be contacted for more information and/or to process each claim individually rather than in bulk. You can't imagine my surprise, relief, and gratitude when I started getting emails that claims representatives had taken each request and created individual claims for me! Not only that, but they were being processed and completed within days of their submission! Everyone seems spread thin these days just trying to get thru each day between work, home and taking care of these wonderful pets that share our lives, so all of this work by the claims department was such a blessing. I nearly cried when emails came back so quickly and each had been processed and reimbursement checks were being issued. Now that we know how easy and streamlined the web portal is, we will be able to scan and file our claims as incidents arise instead of letting them build up for a single submission. Healthy Paws has truly shown it is committed to helping us provide the best healthcare for our pups.

Good but could be great
I usually submit several claims at a time and every time only about half are ever acknowledged. I emailed a couple months ago to ask a question about this and the agent was exceptionally rude. I like this service overall but the claims processing needs to be fixed and it should have an app platform to submit claims.

Good idea to have insurance but rules are complicated and arbitrary .
Sometimes the insurance does not measure up to what I had expected.

We had many pet insurance options available. Nationwide pet insurance was recommended to use by a family friend who also used them to insure their Yorkshire Terrier. We have been very pleased with the coverage and the prompt reimbursement process.

Thank goodness I have insurance and you are the best
I think I have good insurance on my two yorkies. With the premiums that I pay, I would like to see the insurance company pay more. If your animal has been spayed, neutered, microchip, or any other items that is a one time deal, the insurance should charge less for premium or pay more and other service. Please take this to the board and see what can be done. The customers are paying for services that they don’t need. If you are a new customer, I can see needing those services. My two yorkies have a wonderful vet

This Insurance is a Must Have!
I am so thankful that I've had this insurance on my dog since she was 8 weeks old. The most simpliest things as a teeth cleaning was worth my whole premium for the year. It is a must have if you are taking correct care of your pet.
