Great Insurance
I'm very pleased with my coverage, howeer I was NEVER able to set up the transfer directly to my checking account, even after Several attempts. Then it takes about 2 to 3 weeks before I coud get my check thru the mail. There should be a easier way to do that!

Absolutely the Best Insurance Provider for Pet Wellness & Care !!
Our two year old yellow lab had surgery performed and is almost back to her normal playful self.

Reasonable Pet Insurance Rates
Ease of sending claims is excellent; however, length of processing time is not. I would have given it a 10 if claims were processed within 2 weeks.
