I only filed a claim because the representative over the phone encouraged me to.
I only filed a claim because the representative over the phone encouraged me to. I really didn't need to do it other than to establish a history of whatever my pet was experiencing. As a result, I didn't need to get the 5000 resulting emails. I wish there was a way to submit something that's not a claim but a history of a condition in case it exacerbates.
