Very Unhappy
Dont believe the other reviews, They never paid a claim that I had, and gave excuses such as they dont have enough information. My vet submitted everything needed. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!

Wonderful, Compassionate and Fast!
Our previous insurer was so awful that they nearly put me off buying pet insurance again, but Healthy Paws was recommended through one of the adoption agencies we got our 2 cats from. It is the biggest relief in the world to know that you can take your cat, not only to the vet but to the emergency (SO expensive) vet if need be without worrying about cost! Our vet bills for this liver problem of our cat's have been in the thousands and we are only out of pocket for a few hundred. Whenever a claim is faxed over, Healthy Pets notifies me the same day and processes it within a couple of days so the turnaround time for reimbursement is super quick! I can't say enough good things about them and have recommended them to my vet's office and to my friends with pets!

Exceptional pet insurance
Our dog, Lily, was just diagnosed with cancer in her leg. She had x rays taken, and she had to have her leg amputated. It has been a very difficult time, but Healthy Paws has been wonderful. They have called to see how she was doing, promptly completed the claim and reimbursed us. They are always there for any questions. They are so kind and truly care about our Lily. I tell everyone I know about Healthy Paws. Deciding to have pet insurance with them was one of the best decisions we have ever made.

Great coverage and very timely payment of claims
I was informed by an Embrace consultant about my wellness coverage for my dog Allie. I took her to get her annual heartworm test and bought a year's supply of Sentinal thanks to Embrace at no additional cost. I am very excited about this benefit that I upgraded Allie to the superior wellness plan. Thanks Embrace!

Great service-prompt replies
I always get a prompt reply to my questions and/or claims. I had a different insurance plan for my dog & cat, that just dropped me. So far Embrace has been prompt, courteous and just great.

Terrible when you need them!
I find this company to be awful. They never pay the full bill, first. Second, my cat needed a series of diagnostics to figure out what was wrong with him. Most were cheap, and not even claim able, but then it came to his $400 ultra sound. They refused to pay it because he showed symptoms of the illness in the previous plan period.They said I needed to have continuous care insurance (at additional cost) to cover this. Well, he wasn't getting sick, then better. It just took us a while to figure out what was wrong. Now he will be fine, but they refused to pay and were rude when I queried it.
STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!

Absolutely awesome pet insurance
My husband has had Embrace Ins for a while now and he has been very satisified with the coverage and the reembersments that he got back. I am so happy with his results that I have purchased a policy for my little one. The Wellness Plan that you have avaliable is wonderful and there are no problems with paper work. Satisfied Long-time customer
I have been a customer for over 10 years having insured several of my cats. My 10 year old healthy Maine Coon died suddenly from heart failure and the over $1,400 claim was handled efficiently. However, I appealed the payment as I thought some of the items could have been covered more. They reviewed my claim and sent me an additional check. We continue to have coverage on another cat in the household and I would recommend this company to anyone.
