We love Trupanion. They do what they say -- cover 90% of the cost of care. My pet has had gastroenteritis since early puppyhood, and they cover everything after a single one-time deductible. They handle everything within 24 hours, and I get the check immediately. I wish they covered humans.

Embrace responded to our claim in a expedious manner and was informative thru the whole process.This is not a company that is just trying to get out of the claim.I initially reviewed many companies and found Embrace to be my choice as a result of the reviews and I'm glad I did.

I submitted a claim on 12/26/2011 for a back injury for my rat terrier. The very next day I was contacted for some additional needed paperwork, by one of their very friendly customer service reps. I recieved feedback immediately and the claim was fully processed on 12/29/2011, for the exact amount I had expected to pay. This company does exactly what they say they will, plain and simple. Something I had been missing with our previous insurer. I will be a member for life for all of my pets--VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! With their fast claims process (and the option to be pre-approved for larger claims in the vets office, so you don't have to pay out of pocket at all!), very friendly customer service, and easy to use system of 90% of actual vet bill covered I would never recommend anyone else!!

I submitted a few claims recently for x-rays on our Bullmastiffs ACL and some other minor concerns. Our vet recommended we see an Orthopedic for a consultation. After that visit it was confirmed that our dog needed surgery. With the quote for surgery at $3,600, it was refreshing to know that the surgery would be covered. In less than a week I had a precertification of coverage for the surgery. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. When the vet bills pile up and future procedures are needed, it is nice to know that you have a great resource in the Embrace Team when you need them.
