After insuring my puppy for $37/mo.and never having a significant claim my premium went up 76 percent to $66/mo. This is after I was told my premium would never go up as my pet aged or if I had to make claims. I paid automatically by credit card and my wife didn't notice the increase for 8 months. They said they notified me by email, but I never received it. I only had this insurance for 2 years.

Shortly after replacing the left hip, he experienced a setback and cracked the bone in which the implant was inserted. We have had Embrace pet insurance for our puppy Bernese Mtn Dog for about 10 months now and they have been great! They are really fast at turning claims around and always confirm when they have received or paid a claim. They have very personal and prompt customer service. They offer coverage for genetic issues that a lot of other companies barely pay anything for. I hopefully will never need to use that coverage but its nice to know its there if anything ever arises. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering insurance.

I am extremely happy that I have chosen Embrace for my dog's pet insurance. I have never worked with a company that is so accommodating. I've never have a problem with any of my claims. Whenever I call customer service, they are very thorough and willing to answer any questions I have. I recommend it to all my friends with dogs.
