Added Comfort

We have 3 cats varying in age. It can be a challenge balancing health issues as a result. I've had other insurance coverage in the past that had so many loop holes that having the insurance was far worse than not having it. Knowing that coverage is established for the "unknown" with ASPCA Pet insurance is incredibly comforting. The rates are reasonable and the claim processing time excellent. I've had a series of issues over the last several years with all 3 cats and ASPCA Pet insurance handle those claims efficiently and expeditiously. No surprises. I highly recommend this insurance over others.

Fantastic service!

We couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws. In the fall we adopted Anna, a seven-year-old shih tzu, from a shelter. Because we knew Anna had a history of severe neglect, we opted for a pet health insurance policy right away, just in case problems arose down the road. A few weeks ago Anna was checked into a vet ER on a Sunday after severe gastrointestinal issues left her so sick she could hardly lift her head. 36 hours (and $1,500) later, Anna was back on her feet. The vet ER submitted all expenses to Healthy Paws. Within a few days we got a friendly, straightforward email from Terah requesting some additional information. Today we found out that all of Anna's expenses under the terms of the policy were covered -- which will save us close to $1,000. For premiums of less than $50/month, I'd say this is the best investment we've made in a long time. The application process was easy. While our policy doesn't cover routine care, I think that's smart for both Healthy Paws and pet owners. It keeps our premiums a little lower and saves the coverage for the big expenses, like the ER visit. I also liked the fact that Healthy Paws offers good coverage for older pets. Not all pet insurers would issue a new policy for a seven-year-old dog. Finally, I appreciated the speed at which our claim was processed and the caring tone of all of my communications with Terah, who oversaw everything from start to finish. Wonderful experiences so far. Very quick return.

My vet has had a little problem with getting the faxes through on the first time. It is frequently busy but eventually they receive the faxes. The turn around time once it is received is very fast and they keep you well informed by email of your claim status.

Very Thankful for Pet health Insurance

I have 2 english bulldogs, 2 pitbulls, 2 cats, and one rabbit. When taking my dogs to the vet for their annual check up I noticed a pamphlet about pet health insurance. Knowing english bulldogs can become every expensive in vet bills, I though I give it a try. Couple months later one of my bulldogs ate a rock. The vet couldn't get it out with out surgery. If it was not for ASPCA Pet Health Insurance I would still be hurting from that bill. They saved me over hundreds of dollars. I am very please and will continue to have Pet Insurance as long as I have pets.

Your customer service and support is outstanding !

I am very pleased. I just cant believe how easy it has been to file a claim. The communication is perfect. I receive email communications of every step taken. I cant thank you enough. This has been one of my best monthly investments made. Love my dog Gizmo and love his insurance. I will gladly spread the word to other pet owners. I found out through a co-worker who was just as pleased with embrace. There is no wonder why. I am just as pleased. Thank you all !

Awesome!

Thanks Embrace! My dog wasn't eating and throwing up constantly so we had to bring him to the ER for testing. He ended up being fine thank god! but the bill was sure racked up in the four hours we were there. Though the claim process took about 15 business days (which really isn't that long when you think about it) we got exactly what we expected to get back. Thanks to Embrace I can give my pets the care they need and not have to worry.Everyone I ever speak to at Embrace is so nice and they seem like they really care about my pets. I am so glad I went with Embrace for my pet insurance. Thanks!!!!

Awesome Service and Friendly

I am so grateful for Embrace. I have been with this company since my 5 year old golden/lab was a puppy and they have always been easy and pleasant to deal with. When I found out that she needed a new hip due to hip dysplasia and had been living in pain and I didn't realize it, I was devastated. But, she was able to get a new hip that will provide her with pain free quality of life for what I hope is many, many years. Without this she would have been in pain for the rest of her life. Embrace approved the process (not a cheap surgery) and paid 80%, exactly what my policy says. There was very little beauracracy or paperwork to go through in order to get this approved, and I am actually so amazed that this worked, and the check arrived in a very timely manner. I was prepared to go into debt in order to provide my girl with the surgery she needed, and the benefit of having most of it paid for was just icing on the cake!!! Thanks, Embrace. I highly recommend this service. I also love that you can choose your own deductible, yearly limit, copays, etc, in order to make things affordable or individualized just for yourself. Not to mention, they checked in and asked how things have been going after the surgery. They are pleasant on the phone and always helpful.
