Amazing Customer Service!

Took my little Sammy in to the vet with some pretty severe gastrointestinal problems on a Monday. Submitted my claim on Wed.to Healthy Paws. By the time I returned home from providing the vet with the forms to fill out - Healthy Paws had received it and sent me an email to let me know that they had. The next morning (today) - I had another email from them letting me know that the claim had been processed and a check would be on the way, shortly! If only my HUMAN insurance would work as well!!! I HIGHLY recommend Healthy Paws. I am SO glad that I chose this company from the MANY others that are available. Thank you!!

I love healthy paws!

My cat got very sick. He was itching and licking nonstop, which turned into lesions, and bleeding. It felt great to have assurance that all tests, and diagnostics were covered under our healthy paws policy. We received a check from healthy paws within 2 weeks of submitting the claim for 90% of the covered costs. It was easy , and fast. Our cat is doing much better, and we are very happy to know that our cats medical insurance company is so amazing. Thank you to everyone at healthy paws.

Personable, Fast, Responsive Service

This was our very first claim with Healthy Paws and we were impressed. I felt like we'd joined a family caring enough to remain in the background, but when needed immediately steps forward to provide a financial safety net for large unexpected expenses. Great service - honest and fair coverage

I have been with Embrace now for 2 years, switching from another well-known provider. Embrace has great service and an easy and fast claim process. But most importantly, they reimburse fairly - based on my actual Vet charges, not an estimate they create, like other companies. I know exactly what to expect. And the money can be deposited directly into my account so you are reimbursed even faster!

Good Service

Claim was processed quickly. My only issue is that I would prefer that reimbursements were done with direct deposit, rather than by mailing a cheque. It means a trip to the mail box and the bank, and mailing time. Perhaps they could work on getting this service :)

Heartworm Positive - Thank God we have Embrace!

I wanted to write a review as this is our first experience with having pet insurance and I am so grateful that we did choose Embrace. We just recently found out that our dog is heartworm positive and the treatments will be very costly. We have already processed over $300 in reimbursements and received them within a month of the claim. The claim reps always check in and keep you updated with the claims process. I recommend you purchase Embrace pet insurance on the day you get your pet as there is a waiting period during which pre-existing conditions could be excluded so the quicker the better.

No protection

This insurance company is crap. I bought their insurance for 3 years, but do not notice any problem until I filed claims.My cat got an infection on her claw and seeing doctors from Sep 2011 to Jan 2012. Her insurance policy was renewed in November 2011. They only covered the charges from Sept 2011 to November 2011, and for the fees after the plan renewal date, they did not cover. They said it has to be 180 days after the plan effective date if this is a preexisting condition even I was a continuing customer. I dont understand this whole shit because my cat's infection had not been cured until this Jan. This is a continuing condition not preexisting!!!!! They said it doesnt matter if you are continuing customer and the condition is continuing. What they mean is that your pet should be sick at the beginning of the effective date and be sure that your pet is cured before the end date. If your pet get sick at the end of the effective date, not including the fee just before the effective date, the rest of the fees after that you will have to pay it yourself. I got zero from all the medical expenses. What a joke to buy such insurance. Think about it clearly, why you want to buy an insurance? You want to kind of purchase a protection. They are not going to give any kind of protection to your pet. I have already filed a complaint to the California Department of Insurance. This company is playing words with their customers and cheating their customers money.

Thank you Pets Best

Decided to get Pets Best Insurance when our daughter was born, we knew it would be hard to cover any unexpected Vet Bills. I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but when one of our dogs was injured. I was glad I made the decision to get it. Claim process was quick and easy and it covered what I expected. I even took the slow route, by mailing my claim, and we still received our claim check in a timely manner. If there is a next time I will take advantage of the email or fax option and direct deposit of my claim for an even speedier claim process. Thanks again Pets Best.
